Character Name: Raeyn Wilmist Gender/Sexuality: Female Age: 'Round a couple of millennia. She was part of the first group of Chosen. Since becoming a Warden, she's stayed looking like when she first became one - 16. Species: Unknown...for now. There are, however, rumors that she wasn't exactly human back before she was a Warden. Chosen, Warden, or something else? Warden. Appearance(s): Raeyn is a striking resemblance of Valkyrie Cain, leading some to suspect she is somewhat connected to the It is later revealed that the cloth used to make her clothes was spun by Athena, who, in fact, in her world was just an extremely gifted weaver, and not a goddess. Raeyn has a slim figure, and was rather tall for a sixteen year old. Despite her skinny frame, underestimating her is definitely dumb. Sphere of Control: Darkness. It's a bit astonishing to know that a Warden could wield such an unpredictable element, much less control it. Raeyn has been one of the fair few Wardens that has somehow connected with the dark forces. Abilities: Let's leave this mostly to your imagination. As a long-time Warden, she's accumulated skills that surpass even some beings' imaginations. Her basic attacks consist of shadow whips, barriers, and tendrils. She sometimes takes a leaf out of Valkyrie's book, shrouding her body parts with solid darkness if she needs to get up and close, enhancing her physical strength and endurance. History: Very little is known about her life before becoming a Warden. As one of the first Chosen, she has made some serious impressions on those who sought out the Ruins and the artifacts. Raeyn has made a great number of enemies as well as allies during her time as a Warden, becoming a terrifying icon of power as time passed. She is known by many names, such as Lady of the Shadowed Light, Sorceress of the Shadows, Dark Mist of Valhalla, just to name a few. Secretive and aloof, she rarely ever speaks to outsiders or the newly Chosen. According to some rumors, her current conduit of power is an arcane blade forged from black ice from the frozen seas of her world. During her first century as a Warden, her conduit of power was a sceptre, formerly a mere decor until it was charged with magic from the Ruins. Apparently she switched to the sword after her first century as a Warden. She rarely wields the ancient blade, but when she does, it often ends in destruction. Other: Her current conduit of power, a dark frostblade, was also her Deciding Item, aka the item which she brought with her that eventually decided her sphere of power. Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Hindu, just to name a few. But...as many wonder, could there be the slightest chance they were ever true? I believe I may have the answer to that... "Run!" The tall man yelled as he was overcome. His students couldn't pause to mourn, for their attackers were already finishing off what used to be their teacher. They ran. As time moved on, they ran. They ran and ran, only stopping when necessary. Their numbers dwindled as time passed. Eventually, twelve were left of the former fifty. When they reached the end of the earth, the point where worlds met. Where worlds were born from a single spark, where they died and where they were reborn. It is here where the last twelve found refuge against their hunters. However, it did come with a price. Twelve people. Twelve spheres of power. Twelve main artifacts. Artifacts from different worlds, brought together to be protected by one fading celestial being, entrusting them to twelve survivors of war in exchange for power, and most importantly, shelter. Which war, you might ask? Stories will claim many things, but I know for a fact that it wasn't just one war or one world. But even the Twelve Wardens' numbers dwindled. There were too many enemies to defend the dangerous artifacts from, and there were too few of them. In one last attempt to keep the artifacts safe, the fading divinity summoned the last remnant of their power to create something... The immortal created a beacon, powered by their arcane magic, calling to those who were deemed worthy to replace the fallen Wardens. The beacon was the last thing the being would ever create, as they finally faded to the depths of Chaos. It was an intricately made structure, sculpted perfectly to the last tiny detail. The beacon pulsed with the immortal's last fragment of magic, signaling beings from other worlds to come and defend the invaluable artifacts. Unfortunately, those good of heart were not the only ones drawn to the beacon's power. Some sought to gain the artifacts and use them to satisfy their own ambition. But so far, none have managed to infiltrate the Ruins of Morrow and succeeded in taking the artifacts from their home. The Wardens, a mix of the first survivors and the chosen, made sure of that. Oh ho, but how do I know this? How sure are you that I'm not lying? What is my name? My taken name is Raeyn Wilmist. I have long since forsaken my true name and pledged my life to become one of the Wardens and protect the interweb of worlds that stand so frail against their enemies. And I'm pretty sure the only reason you're hearing my voice right now is because I'm speaking to you through the Beacon of Valhalla. Meaning you're either one of the Chosen, one of the original survivors, or...something else. ![]() 1. All PH rules apply.

Wardens, each having their own sphere of control, i.e. darkness,
light, etc. Please note that these spheres of control randomize
each time a Chosen comes.
Explanation: There are twelve main artifacts. Emphasis on main. Over the years, usually when a Chosen follows the call of the Beacon, they usually arrive being chased by monsters and other vile beings. Of course, they always carry something from their world to the Ruins. This said, if they stay and pledge themselves to protecting the artifacts, whatever material object they brought from another world will eventually absorb the magic that is most fitting to their owner. For the time being, the item is just a piece of junk after declaring the Chosen's sphere of control. During the former Chosen, now Warden's life (note that they CANNOT die of old age after submitting to their role as a Warden), the item will be thrown in with the real artifacts, where it will eventually absorb magic and become an artifact itself. After a human lifetime passes (aka a century), the item will be fully charged with arcane magic and thus will have become an artifact. The next Chosen that arrives can now choose it as their main conduit of power. Whenever a Warden dies, their conduit of power will die with them, and their sphere of control will be available for the next Chosen. Only the original 12 artifacts will never die if they become a Warden's conduit of power. Artifacts can be chosen as conduits of power by the Wardens, which they use to channel the arcane energy that they have been granted access to. Oh, destroying a Warden's conduit of power will impact them greatly, making it possible for them to be defeated and killed even within the Ruins. I think that's everything for now. Gosh, I think I created a book, not a roleplay. ![]() Username:

Appearance(s): Rucien has short, straight, shiny dirty-ish blond hair, and wears formal clothing every day, except, on some occasions, he wears anything that anyone wants him to wear, technically, he wants attention and would love to do anything anyone wants him to do. Rucien also has silver eyes, and it only flickers a little black when bored. He also is 5`6. Rucien is scrawny, so he is skinny, in the way of not being healthy. Rucien`s daily clothes are technically just a white long-sleeved shirt, just under his black non-sleeved shirt. Rucien also has a red tie, which is showable on the outside. Rucien also likes to wear a golden bracelet, which he has spent a lot of money on. Sphere of Control: Wind. (If it`s too op, maybe I can change it.) Abilities: He can use wind and such to fly, suffocate people when they breathe air, etc. but he cannot do particular things such as tornadoes and other big things. He is most likely scared of wind, and always flinches when he even sees his own abilities, too, but he never admits that, because of his attempts to make new people think he`s amazing. History: Rucien lived in a enormous house, full of riches and stuff, until his parents decided for him to go and live with his uncle. There was a big tornado, and his parents died. When Rucien heard the news, he tried to shrug it off, but after that, he became, very, very afraid of wind. He`s not afraid of the wind that he breathes, but he`s afraid to big amounts of wind. If he is drawn into combat, however, he can distort space into a variety of shapes, forming whatever is necessary for the situation (ie. forming a compact area of space to use as a wall) History: He was originally created to be the exact opposite of a warden, but he saw the wrong of his ways and willingly had portions of his memory wiped. He is now completely loyal, but occasional flashbacks cause him to occasionally be unpredictably violent at times. To deal with this, he has been granted the main role of messenger and transporter of bulk items, and usually kept out of combat, except in dire situations. Whenever he enters combat, allies usually free the area, as when a flashback occurs, he will attack anything on sight. So far however, there have been no major accidents Other: This guy basically is told what to do by the other wardens/chosen, so yeah. Username: iMakai Character Name: ''Name's Kichirou.'' Username: Viper Character Name: Viper Redbird, but everybody only knows her first name (I'm seriously not going to think up a new name for RPs anytime soon, am I?) Gender/Sexuality: Female Age: 14 Species: Human (at least that's what everyone thinks) Chosen, Warden, or something else? Chosen Appearance(s): 1.)Formal/fancy appearance: A 14-year-old wearing a long dress. The dress itself is black, blue and also has small specks of white, red and yellow, with fancy(but not annoying) trimming. A crescent moon is affixed on the left, below her shoulder blades. This outfit sometimes has a hat too, which has a veil and has silver trimmings, matching with her dress. 2.)Battle appearance: A fourteen-year old wearing night-themed chest plate, with no helmet. Instead, she has a thin band of silver aglow with what seems to be moonlight. Her bracers and greaves match the night theme, and sometimes blends into the night. (Note: It ranges from annoying to a giveaway in darkness, because some the the parts glow) Her gloves are simply dark. 3.)Casual appearance: A 14-year-old wearing a midnight blue shirt, sleeves go up to her forearm. Wears jeans and sneakers. Her headband is still there. 4.)Anything always present: - White hair, tied in a braid - Blue eyes - A golden ring embedded with a purple jewel in the shape of a circle. - A necklace with some healing potion in it, a charm has been cast on said necklace so that a quarter of a liter of potion is sorted in a circular and misty pendant. Sphere of Control: Night Abilities: She is the strongest at the midnight hour, and she usually sleeps during the day. Of course, that would be because when the sun reaches it's peak, her powers are the weakest. In combat, Viper usually changes her headband into a sword. Her other attacks include dream manipulation(unless the victim is blocking her) and accessing the moon's powers. History: Viper used to be the neglected daughter of a rich father, until she ran away to forge her own path. She is ridiculously bad at trusting people, but once anyone earns her trust and companionship, she is extremely loyal. Viper is also secretive and reserved. If anyone asks her a personal question, at best she would answer it in short, misleading and unclear answers, and at worst she would haunt you forever... Other: there are 7 days in a week. Username: Death Character Name: Amsel Verhoef Engel Mur (Yes that is her full name. Amsel is her "first" name.) Gender/Sexuality: Female - Asexual (I love making ace characters, don't I? XD) Age: Several millennia, she's around the same age as Raevn, having been in the first group of Chosen. Species: Pisces species, making her a Piscean. (I couldn't come up with a creative name, so...meh.) Chosen, Warden, or something else? Warden Appearance(s): She has a mermaid-looking tail, and floats in the air using levitation. (She doesn't have any extra psychic powers or anything, though. No mind reading or telepathy. :P) Her hair floats around her as if she were underwater. She sometimes wears a short black dress with spaghetti straps when other people pressure her into wearing clothes. Sphere of Control: Sound/Music Abilities: She can use her voice as a weapon by doing things such as screaming/singing at extreme volumes and frequencies to hurt things and shatter objects. She can also do things such as throw her voice, and amplify it to make it loud enough for people far away to hear her without losing hearing, etc. Along with that, she can mimic any sound she's heard, including voice impersonations, and even musical instruments. History: Amsel was one of the most talented musicians of her home planet, and even several other planets. She was drawn to the beacon, claiming to have been "following the song." The song placed itself in her head and led her to the beacon, where she learned that she was one of the "Chosen." The lyre that she happened to take with her became her Deciding object, later to become her conduit of power when a century had passed. Other: She's the seventh daughter of her family. Username: Neverlight Character Name: Liana Gender/Sexuality: Female Age: 121 Species: Slendurian Chosen, Warden, or something else?: Chosen Appearance(s): ![]() Sphere of Control: Fear (If she decides to become a warden.) Abilities: She can cause hallucinations of her targets greatest fear. The more afraid they are the more powerful she becomes. When she gains enough power she can make the hallucination a reality. Other abilities include telepotation, an EMP field, and quick recovery from wounds. She also has the rare ability to mentally control weak, or willing, minds. However it takes a lot of energy to convert someone, and will leave her without her other abilities for a short time. The life forms she cotrols are comonly reffered to as Proxy. History: Liana was born the only child of the royal family. Her mother died a few months later, leaving her in the hands of her uncaring father. He secretly despised her, blaming her for the death of her mother. Because of this she spent much of her earliest years around the Menolians, a race of human like creatures used as slaves by the Slendurian people. In reality, this was one of the best things that could have happened to her. These kind and gentle people taught her things she would never have learned from her father. They taught her to love, to be merciful, to give freely. Those were the happiest days of her life. Until that day. That day when she first felt the brutality of real world. A group of Menolian freedom fighters tried to start a global uprising. They did not succeed. Instead they brought about the total annihilation of their people. No mercy was shown, no prisoners taken. Only blood and fire and death. The cruel slaughter of her only friends led Liana down a dark road of hate and bitterness. It was at this point that her father finally decided to notice her. He found that she was no longer the carefree child he had hated. She was dark and consumed by anger and fear. He knew she could be molded into whatever he wanted her to be. So he took her far into the country, to a training school normally reserved for the males of the species. Female Slendurians are normally far weaker than males, meaning they were given no training in battle. Liana quickly shattered this stereotype, crushing even the strongest males in physical combat, and far outpacing them in metal exercises. She trained there for the next sixty years of her life, before returning to her home in the royal palace. Her father, still being unsure of her abilities, entered her in a global competition of fear. Slendurians prize the ability to strike fear into the heart of an opponent above all else. She swept through the competition, soon making it to the finals. She and her opponent, a male from the other side of the planet, entered a room together alone. After a few minutes, Liana exited. The boy was carted off to psychiatric care. For winning the tournament Liana was named, "Face of Horror". Slendurians do not have last names. Instead they are given a title. This title is determined by their crowning achievement. At last Liana had proven herself to her father. Their relationship was one of mutual respect rather than one based on love. She soon grew to trust him, and would tell him everything. Whatever he asked her to do she did without question. He was proud of his daughter to no end. And once again, Liana was happy. Then came the call. The horrible pull of the beacon. Liana's father knew what it was immediatly. He had heard tales of the Atifacts at the end of the universe. Items of such great power, if one were to have them all, they would be as a god. He became obsessed with the thought, and demanded that Liana retrieve the Artifacts from their hiding place. At first Liana begged him not to make her leave, pleading for him to find another to go. But after he explained that only she would be able to find them, she relented. The only thing she took with her was her mothers necklace, a small pendant made to look like the royal crest. After many months of travel she has finally arrived at the gates of the ruins. Other: Has a terrible temper, which makes potential friends stay away. Username: Dakar Character Name: Dakar Gender/Sexuality: Female. Age: 97 Species: Wyvern Chosen, Warden, or something else?: Something else Appearance(s): Similar to my avatar, but taller. (I couldn't find a photo describing what I'd like, and I'm too unskilled to draw my own.) Abilities: Superior physical strength, the ability to shift into another species. History: Dakar can't remember any memories except for those that extend for about 40 years. (She basically can't remember half of her life.) However, in those 40 years she has been tricked, robbed, and attacked more times than she can count, as people usually underestimate her because of the fact that she is physically a teenager and is very naive. From this, she learned that most people are not to be trusted, so she set off for a physical and mental ideal alone. (Sorry for the low-quality history, I'm typing this at 4:30AM while drinking soooo much caffeinated drinks) Other: Dakar is still comparatively young for a wyvern. Thus, she is very naive and can be tricked easily. *edits in my form whee* *has added in a sort of password* *Has linked it to the roleplay thread* ![]() FAQ 1. Can I have a same sphere of
control as an existing character?
Answer: In fact? Yes. But I'd really prefer if this was kept to a minimum. We don't need five Lights, or three Darknesses running around, just as an example. FAQ 2. What's the difference between a Chosen and a Warden? Answer: A Chosen is just a handpicked person with special "good" qualities that have the potential to wield the arcane magic of an artifact. Just the potential. They only gain their powers after choosing an artifact as a conduit of power and accepting their role as a protector of the Ruins, aka becoming a Warden. A Warden is a former Chosen, who accepted their role as a protector. After their sphere of control is determined and their conduit of power is chosen, they gain their respective powers, and limited immortality. They can never die of old age, unless certain circumstances occur. FAQ 3. How does a Chosen become a Warden? Answer: Simple, really. They pledge their life to protecting the artifacts. Boom, Beacon grants them limited immortality and their powers respective to their sphere of control. FAQ 4. How exactly do Wardens gain powers? Answer: They just need to choose an artifact to use as a conduit of power (use the dictionary if you dunno what conduit means. .w.) After that, they eventually realize they have powers. It's not easy to control them at first though. It usually takes years for a Warden to completely not demolish something accidentally. FAQ 5. Why even mention Chosens? Why not just put Wardens? Answer: Because Chosen beings can still decide whether or not to become a Warden. This decision usually takes a fair bit of time. People can actually make Chosen chars that chose not to be a Warden. FAQ 6. What's the difference between an artifact and a conduit of power? Answer: An artifact is just an item charged with arcane magic. A conduit of power is an artifact that is used by Wardens for various reasons, such as weapons. Conduits of power, if destroyed, gravely weakens a Warden, enough to be able to kill them even within the Ruins of Morrow. FAQ 7. How are artifacts created? Answer: I already explained this twice, I believe. But anyway, an artifact is an item charged with arcane magic. Any item brought by a Chosen to the Ruins can become an artifact by sitting in our little magical cellar for a century. The item, now a fully charged artifact, can now be chosen as a conduit of power. FAQ 8. Conduits of power? What? How does an artifact become one? Answer: The artifact has to be chosen by a Warden to become a conduit of power. The artifact will then bond to the Warden, becoming their conduit of power. FAQ 9. Hold up, if Wardens can be killed if their conduit of power is destroyed, then why do Wardens use them as weapons? Answer: Because a conduit of power is basically the cannon shooting the cannonball. Sure, throwing the cannonball at the enemy is a bit effective, but putting it in a cannon makes it ten times more powerful and dangerous. Besides, conduits are only used as last resorts. FAQ 10. Time out! Why do Wardens need conduits of power? Answer: Because Wardens can't just have powers without a filter. Without a conduit, a Warden would spontaneously combust due to the fact the Beacon directly charges their magic. FAQ 11. What about the 12 main artifacts? What are they? Answer: That, my dear friend, is for you to choose. FAQ 12. Can my character use one of the 12 main artifacts as a conduit of power? Answer: That would depend on who you are, and your character form. I will only allow this for the best roleplayers, and the best developed characters. [Read more] |

I thought of this after someone invited me to a one-liner roleplay and my sleep-deprived brain decided to go all "YOLO!" Off-topic. I've been seeing spriter schools out there, so I thought, "Why not make a school for roleplaying?" Anyway, I've been seeing a LOT of seriously basic roleplays out there being made. Almost no plot (or no plot at all), posts are almost always one-liners, and often the roleplay escalates to just purely random roaming around till it dies. I suspect some of those "one-liner" roleplayers don't really mean to kill their roleplays. Some may do it just for the pure fun of it, but I really don't think that's a majority. Problem is, I don't think anybody's personally helping those who want to improve, improve. Sure, some might, but a lot of roleplayers are left struggling to fend for themselves in the internet where people tend to yell at them due to their basic skills. I know a couple of roleplayers who are REALLY trying to get better at it, but have no idea how to. They're advised to study the more advanced ones, and try and learn from that. Sorry, but I really don't think the "watch and learn" technique is going to work here. Sure, some will learn...eventually. But we're talking about languages here. In this case, it's English. 26 letters, all having uppercase and lowercase forms that combine to make nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, and a whole lot of other stuff I'd rather not list down in fear of clogging up this post. Is it possible to learn EVERY SINGLE WORD AND ITS FACTORS by just WATCHING? There's this person you call a teacher who personally spends their entire life on teaching one certain language. Teaching yourself? Slightly possible if you're some gifted bilingual genius or you just are a very stubborn person who won't give up on it. Or some other exception I don't know about. Yes. It's possible to become a really awesome roleplayer just by watching. But it takes a lot of time and effort and sweat and blood and tears- okay, I need to stop rambling. Summing it up, it's difficult, it's kind of disheartening, and sometimes you may just burst into tears of frustration hysterically screaming murder as you pull out tufts of your hair. I think I went overboard with that one, but I'm certain you get the point. This thread was made specifically to help out people who want to learn to roleplay better. People here can discuss all sorts of roleplaying problems, varying from grammar to spelling to a small vocabulary. Users can also discuss plot-making, character development, refraining from godmodding etc. Whether you're an experienced roleplayer wanting to pass down your wisdom, an aspiring one-liner roleplayer, or just a normal roleplayer who craves to get better, or some other random combo I didn't mention, this is the thread for you. Answer: Offer your advice. Possibly even offer to tutor one or two people who want to get better. Start private group RPs together, with the simple goal of helping each other improve their skills. People of the same skill levels should band together and try to figure out what's wrong with the other's roleplaying in a nice, friendly manner. Those who have figured out what they're lacking can request help from those who are particularly experienced in those areas. Help each other out. Here's a common one among roleplayers: Ex: User A has trouble in grammar, but is actually quite good at detail. User B has almost perfect grammar, but has difficulty in detail. Solution: Users A and B work out a training private 1x1 RP. They scope out each other's problems, give constructive criticism, and basically give advice to each other. Note that you're not going to be automatically amazing at detail or have perfect grammar after one training RP. You will learn considerably faster since you're partner is at least decent at what you're having difficulty with, but you're still human. Practice makes perfect. Glad you asked. Here're the forms! :3 Keeping it simple with no BBCode~ Username: Roleplaying Experience: (How long have you been roleplaying for? Approximately how many roleplays have you been in?) Roleplaying Skill: (Please explain how well you do in roleplays. If you're not too lazy to, you can also link one of your best roleplay posts.) Roleplaying Problems: (What you think is preventing you from reaching your full potential. If you don't know exactly, but you have an inkling or you have that gut feeling, please say so.) Roleplaying Interests: (What kinds of roleplays are interested in? This is mandatory if you want to improve your skills and find a compatible RP partner. Basics of these would be: Contact: (PokeHeroes already has great ways of communication, but yeah, it's possible you prefer something else like Skype or email. Just say so.) Other: (Anything else I might have forgotten to put down. :3) Your basic, blank form: I'd like to reach my full potential!
Username: Roleplaying Experience: Roleplaying Skill: Roleplaying Problems: Roleplaying Interests: Contact: Other: Okay, form for offering to tutor and/or give advice. I'd like to note that I won't be allowing people with basic roleplaying skill to tutor others. That would make the whole tutoring thing pointless. I'll be less likely to list you as a tutor if it's obvious that you yourself need to be tutored. Half-decent grammar, spelling, and very short lengths? That sound familiar? Use the student form. Don't be shy or overconfident about your abilities. Believe me, I've met my fair share of stubborn one-liner roleplayers who refuse to admit they need any improvement. Username: Roleplaying Experience: (Explained above. If you're going to apply to be a tutor, it's preferred that you're at least of the semi-lit category.) Roleplaying Skill: (Already explained. Once again, you may put a link to one of your best roleplay posts, which is also called a "sample.") Roleplaying Interests: (It helps out a LOT if you and your student have a similar common interest. Discourages author's block and all that :3) Applying For Tutor: (Yes or No. .w. If yes, state when you're available using server time. Also explain what your strong points are and what you would help your students greatly improve in.) Contact: (Already explained. .w.) Other: (Anything else? :3 I'd like to offer my expertise to other
roleplayers!

Matilda blinked. So much had happened in the past half hour...it was really somewhat confusing. "Heroes?" She stated out loud, realization dawning upon her. "You're fighting the Web? Right?" She asked, thinking that her question sounded stupid and repetitive. At Trix's question, Matilda had to focus for a few minutes before even remembering her name and age. Those bits of information seemed so insignificant, now that her parents were gone. "Matilda. Matilda Psyche Haywire. I'm 14," She answered, failing to note that the next week was her birthday. The first birthday she'd not celebrate since she was adopted all those years ago. [So short x.x Need to sleep and yeah] [Read more] |

She'd just lost the two things that were remotely close to being her parents, and now she was being carried across the sky by some winged shapeshifting girl in the bitter cold night air. Matilda never really had heard of red-haired angels. Wasn't there a rumor that gingers had no souls? But right now her whimsical mind had pretty much no filter. It didn't exactly help that she vaguely recalled seeing the girl appearing from the sky as an incredibly large hawk, then landing and transforming into a clothed redhead right in front of her. Normally she'd be embarrassed to be seen crying. But tonight, she made an exception. "...you and the rest of the heroes out there may be the only things standing in the Web's way..." The Web. They were some sort of organization that recently rose to power. Mattie didn't know the details. She usually did her best to steer clear of anything that involved supernatural abilities. Ironically, she couldn't really steer clear of herself, could she? Her father worked for the Web. So logically speaking, if they killed him and his wife, giving it a shot at Mattie's life...then her father must have done something. Mattie's dark, stormy orbs seemed to flash for a moment, and for a moment, the dried tears on her cheeks didn't seem relevant to the current situation. She let out one last shaky sob, her fear and misery and loss turning into a strange, new emotion: lust for revenge. She let it course through her body, returning adrenaline to her veins, pounding throughout her body. Her vision cleared, her senses sharpening rapidly. She felt the tingling warmth of fire beneath her fingertips...just waiting to be summoned and unleashed. "Dumb question. Are you an angel?" She inquired her savior, who she now just realized was carrying her suitcase as well. Shapeshifting, in her opinion, was really cool. It was a pity she was stuck with ergokinesis with the constant flaw of possibly killing herself. She decided to pitch in what was left of her logic. Her mind was awhirl with mixed emotions, questions, and of course, recurring images of her last memory of her parents. Fighting for their lives. For her. "Where are we headed?" She managed to croak out. As if on cue, a clearly neglected school building loomed into view, and its stability was questionable under the dim light of the moon. With her luck, Mattie reckoned, it would collapse the moment she stepped inside. She pondered this grim idea for a moment before stashing it in one of her memory reserves for later. There was a time and place for questioning one's chances of dying suddenly after skirting the edges of death. [I just took that out of the first post, by the way owo.] [Read more] |

If he stood in the middle, not only two people should have noticed him. I don't think you even know what the hell you're doing, running into camp and standing in the middle with ONLY TWO PEOPLE WITHIN TEN MINUTES. You should have also rped that other demigods, NPCs (do you even know that you're allowed to do that? Jesus.), notice and come running, weapons drawn.] [Read more] |

BY RUNNING INTO CAMP DISREGARDING ALL POWERS OF ALL LOOKOUT DEMIGODS, THAT IS FREAKING GODMODDING. MY CHARACTER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. SHE'S IN THE FOREST ATTEMPTING TO PORTAL TO BROOKLYN. I'M JUST INCREDIBLY ANNOYED THAT YOU ARE IGNORING ALL CONSEQUENCES OF AS YOU SAY "WALKING INTO CAMP UNDETECTED."] [Read more] |

Two? 4 gods of war and Hades? Excuse me for a moment, that's a little TOO OP? Even my characters have trouble using their powers despite being descendants of extremely powerful gods. Third? Doing all that concealing things and sneaking around takes a lot out of a demigod. Sure, your char isn't normal, but power comes at a price. If you're going to sneak into Camp Half-blood with no lookout realizing you're there, give me a moment to list down all the effing capabilities each god can do and pass down to their offspring. Last of all? Night is going down. You'd think they'd let the dark-specializing demigods be on the lookout. In other words, Hypnos' children, Hecate's and others. In other words, demigods that can get through whatever power you're using, because Hecate demigods and Hypnos demigods alone can delve through the Mist and see through magic if they're trained enough. Once again? LOGIC.] [Read more] |
