Raising her eyebrow to Albe’s frustration, Abi turned back to the girl in front of her. “Yes, we can talk. Later though, if you don’t mind. I need to finish something. Come find me and I’ll be in my lab.” She turned and moved away from the scientist, back to her lab.

Her Ninetails was nudging her. “What? I’m busy, Nine.” Her stern voice made the fox-like creature wince. Then another careful push towards her hanging bag. “The Pokémon? Oh..” It had been a while since she’d let them all out, but whilst she was occupied with her experiments, it wouldn’t hurt to let them roam for a while. They wouldn’t cause any trouble now, would they?

One by one, Abi opened the Pokéballs and released her team of Pokémon. They all seemed happy to be out of their technological balls, which formed a small feeing of guilt for the responsibility of their confinement inside her. Unlocking the back door, letting in a cool and mild breeze, she turned to them. “Go. Have fun and if you find anything - anything at all - bring it back to me.” And in a blink, her Pokémon were gone. All except Ninetails, curled in sleep on the little sofa bed.

Noticing that another newcomer didn’t seem like the interacting type, Keori gave him an acknowledging nod and said quietly. “Don’t bother, she isn’t in or is ignoring everyone. I already tried and so did another.” That was all he needed to know. He didn’t need to respond or react; it was just information.

Except for the book in Eris’ possession, the library bored her to death so, deciding to leave, she began to make her way back towards the dorms in hope that Pink would finally show herself. Keori rolled her eyes at Markus' jokes. They were the worst but equally funny. "Haha. Well there's sure to be extra copy's of most books here. It's just a library, no important papers in here." Keori handed the final few books to Freyr and grinned.

"For now, try to stay on your feet and don't smack into things, if you can. You guys are a lot taller so use it as an advantage when not banging into shelves. See you."

"It's about the crystals. Though I think someone else is looking for something like this. I may pick it up later." The sudden appearance of Eris looking through a familiar section, gave Keori the opportunity to give it to her. Grabbing the hefty book, she moved towards her, now accompanied by Tobie.
"...I think they are in the fiction area section"
"I'm not great with books but I'm pretty sure this is a good part to look in. If I'm right, what you'll be looking for isn't in the fiction section because it's real, though Mythology as well - I'm guessing." She shrugged, "Are you looking for this, Eris?" Keori handed the book to her.

A loud thump got her attention, letting the book go into Eris' hands. Freyr and a pile of books. Picking up a few, she placed them back on the shelf as Markus and Freyr were talking. "Don't beat yourself up too bad, Freyr: there are only so many healers."

"Who are you anyway." Keori closed the book and let it thump on a desk-like table away from him as she set it down. She had seen this person before.. oh, right, with the others. He was the new boy talking to the other students, appearing and disappearing. Maybe that was his power, but she was still intrigued by her own and asking about others' seemed rude enough. Once this shadowy person had left, she might just flick through a few pages. Who knows, maybe it could give her some information

Giving up on waiting and taking Tobie’s advice, Keori reluctantly followed her to the library after nodding to Freyr. Whether he noticed or not was up to him. Defeat after defeat. Let’s hope the library isn’t too disappointing.

Unlike some, she wasn’t fond of spending hours reading a book, she found it dull and would rather illustrate her own thoughts - mainly just what came to her mind (lately it was of the crystals, forest and school). The library was breathtaking, coloured books lined the shelves and a soft chair to curl in and a few dim lanterns lit the room. It was comforting, too comforting. Too perfect.

Keori narrowed her eyes at the scenery and ran her fingers carefully along the isles of sections, coming across a few books of art. She never found them interesting: drawing and ‘art’ comes from something other than a book.
Then something did slightly intrigue her: a book on their magic crystals. It was thick and leather-bound, weighing quite a bit more than your average novel.

Araceli didn’t need more trouble, after all a recently-unconscious scientist was enough to handle. Abi was merely curious and whilst that was good in some ways, she needed to know when to pause it. Giving one last acknowledging nod at Araceli, she turned to follow Albe up the stairs. He was muttering something to his Pokémon and she saw a faint glimpse of a dynamax band before hearing her own name.

“Yes? Oh.. you’re back.” At this point, Abi had reached the top of the staircase when Elli appeared. She seemed quite apologetic and that soften her slightly. But nothing in her face showed it. “It’s.. alright, the Exp-” But she cut herself off, not quite comfortable in referring to her code name. It seemed.. strange to say it aloud.

Keori tugged hard at the Training Room door but it wouldn’t open: it was locked. Of course it would be. Wouldn’t want any student to get more training done, expect that they do need as much training as they can get. But sure.. By the looks of it, there wasn’t anything there anyway, so it wasn’t worth trying to get in by any means of picking the lock.

Deciding to retreat to her dorm room, Keori walked by the group of chatting people - Four, Eris, Tobie and another student who she didn’t recognise (though at this point, she was used to seeing more people she didn’t know) - then past the headmistresses office. Freyr was standing outside looking as if he wanted something from her. Though she knew it was none of her business, Keori was still curious. She had a few questions for the headmistress herself, so stood a little ways from him, staring aimlessly out of the near window

Abi had heard the commotion and the words… Truth Serum. Interesting, she had often seen it, but never it being used. This - and the scent of the Serum - got her attention Softly she walked down towards the basement where Araceli and Albe were talking. Araceli looked somewhat annoyed by his presence, and from what Abi could hear, they weren’t the only ones. The smell of the Truth Serum had vanished: she was too late. A shame, really, she could have seen it used.
