Echo chuckles hysterically to herself, as she recalls the incident. She sees Charlie get unnerved, and the darker part of her loves it. She cooks some meat on some hot stones she had caught, bringing a portion of the cooked meat, along with some berries and bread, as well as a mushroom stew, up to Bella. “Here, eat. Echo sighs, and presses a hand to her temple. “Charlie, tell me. How do you deal with this fool?” Echo asks, creating a illusion, and using that distraction to disappear and reappear behind Katana, before removing the illusion, standing with a knife in her hand. “You’re smart, so why waste time of someone like....her?” Echo’s voice carries clear disdain, and she looks at the crazy, enraged Katana. The girl smirks, and her face visibly darkens, her eyes glowing that deep blood red, though she does all of this unknowingly. “You can never lie to me, my dear. You, rejected my alliance, and so I formed another. You will not hurt them.” Her hand is raised, trembling with anger, as shadows flow all around her in anger, vines, tentacle like, twisting into dark shapes and figures, as Echo fuels the hate and negativity from her past. Of course, these seem like illusions yet again. “Oh? So you’ve paired with Katana. I never realised you had that in you. Horrid weather? What kind of pathetic lie is that?” She practically snarls out each word.

She changes back again, saying calmly “Please don’t attack them, they’re my teammates, Charlie, I’m sure you’ll understand.” Her voice, light but threatening, is clear and carries over to them.

Before leaving the secret base they made, Echo stealthily and secretly created a illusion, making it seem like all that was there was simply a part of the mountains. She weaved the shadows together carefully, intricate webs and patterns that blended in perfectly, so nothing looked out of place. She made it so only Rita and her group could see it, thus also preventing them from knowing about her powers. However, a loophole she unknowingly created, was that only fire types couldn’t see it, but the rest of the pokemon types could.

Echo took out a fishing rod, and placed it on the boat, before gently taking the oars from Rita, and taking over the rowing “Let me help. You can just tell me where to go.”

Echo sighed, and slinging the supplies and weapons over her shoulder, she took out her own axe, sharpened the blade for a bit, before letting out a grunt, swinging her axe, a direct and clean cut, causing the tree to fall. It seemed to be one of the only trees there, seeing as it was the ocean after all. The rest of the trees, well, she wondered why there were even trees at the ocean beach place. She began cutting wood into smaller pieces. After that was done, she began checking her supplies. She had grabbed a total of three bags. Inside contained a heating pack, water, a tent, and a twig of berries. She decided to open the other two later. She did grab another weapon however, a Kershaw knife and a Haladi knife.

Echo sees the axe raised above Ellie’s head. “OH NO YOU DON’T” she screams, slamming her own axe in front of the attacker. “Attacking when someone’s back is turned, how cowardly are you?” She forces the axe weilder off, with her own axe, sustaining a gash on her cheek in the process. Her head tilts, and her posture changes. Her eyes turn cold, seemingly glow a deep blood red. Her calm demeanour disappears, and instead a sinister, disastrous one replaces it. “Do.Not.Speak.Of.My.Past” she hissed, each word emphasised, her voice Low and dangerous. “I never fight fairly, I can’t. And quite frankly, I don’t need help.”

She shifted again, back to the bright, peppy side of her again “I don’t mind, it’s all right really.
