"if my calculations are correct," Well said. "Then the world has two weeks to live." He then sighed. "As for a plan B. You kill Jake."

Everyone went silent. Bryan didn't want to say something to ruin the mood. He grabbed Ali by the arm and dragged her out of there. "Come on."

Annabelle could feel the silence over the phone. It seemed chilling to the bones. Everything was riding on her and the other Elementists to find these elements and Jake and to put a stop to this.

(Do you mind if I add one more character to get Matter? Or do you want to make that character?)

Well nodded. "Thought you meant that page. Whereas this..." He read it. He sighed. "What you'll need to do is hit your reserves. And by doing so, you can make a strong enough shield of light to keep the darkness at bay. But-"
"But what?" Sasha asked.
"It will only last a couple weeks at the very most. After that, the shield will shatter, along with her life." Well said. "It is very dangerous."

Bryan looked around at everyone's expressions. Surprisingly, it was Allen to first speak. "Look, Cam. You don't have to do this. We can all work together to keep the shadows at bay."

"You didn't know Jake was half human?" Well asked.
Bryan was at a lost. So the person they were looking for, is an Elementist, who put the who world into darkness. And is half human? How is even going to compete against that? That's like over 9000 for sure.

"Aiden." Allen said. "We got Mind and Space. Which means only Matter and Time are left."

Annabelle heard it. "That helps us out a lot. So now we need to find either one"

Well then interrupted and said, "Do you don't need me?" He had a confused look on his face.

"whoa, whoa, whoa!" Allen said. "Wait a minute. How did you even come across the element?"
"Allen" Sasha warned.
"It doesn't matter." Everyone was surprised to hear Elizabeth speak. "As long as she helps get Jake back, it shouldn't matter. Now that we know that we have at least two of the Elements, we know there is a chance."

Bryan then asked, "so what is it that Ali and I have to do?" He was new here, but knows that he just got himself roped into something much bigger.

Annabelle shrugged. "So where would be a good place to start?"

Annabelle suddenly had a thought. "So I have the Sound Element, so that leaves Space, Matter, Mind, and Time, right?"

Bryan nodded. "Okay." He thought he saw Sasha and Allen go through a doorway. He opened the door to find them, along with some other people. "Um. Hey." He did a wave. "I was wondering what you would want me to do."

"Ah." Well said. "I see that you recruited two new Elementists."
"Two?" Sasha asked. Looking at Bryan and Ali.
"Oh, you didn't tell them?" Well looked at Ali. "It'll be okay. You can trust them."

Bryan realized he was being awkward. "So...Um... I'm gonna see one of the Elementists and see what they want me to do." He was walking backwards and accidentally knocked over a trash can. He put it back up and turned around. You're making a feel of yourself Bryan. He thought to himself.

Annabelle nodded. "Yeah. I'm not hearing anything too close to us. We should be good."
As they walked, Annabelle was humming Bohemian Rhapsody. It was stuck in her head.

Allen was of course, stuck with calling for their Ancient allies. "Well! You there buddy!"
"What services do you need?" We'll asked, right behind Allen.
"Dude! Stop doing that." Allen jumped.
"You called for help." Well said. "Did you need help?"
"Yeah," Allen said. "Sorry. Come on. Sasha and Cam need your expertise."

Annabelle waited. Even though she can't see them, she can hear them. A whole ten minutes passed before she got up. "It's all good now." She pulled out her sword anyway. An old habits when it comes to being wary of these things.

"Bryan." He introduced himself. "Sorry. About running down nto you like that. I'm not usually clumsy." Really Bryan? He thought to himself. That's the best you could come up with? "So what is your name?"

Sasha went to Cam. "Have you found anything on those books that Well and Sorin gave us?" Elizabeth was in a corner, reading a couple books. But didn't say anything. Sasha could feel her pain. Even after ten months, she refused to speak to anyone. Once in a blue moon, she will ask for something but that's about it.

"um..." Bryan stuttered. "I think I just got an element."
Sasha and Allen walked out of the crowd of people, to Bryan.
"How do you know?" Sasha asked.
"I was suddenly in a different place." Bryan answered. "And this guy, talked about wormholes and space and elements. And then he just gave his powers to me and then died."
Sasha closed her eyes, thinking. "Hm. There is so much that we know of these elements, but they still surprise us everyday. Come on Allen, we're going to talk to Well." She took hold of his hand and dragged him away.

Annabelle looked at him. "I hate heavy metal." And got up. Her ears were ringing badly, but she could hear everything. The smallest of steps. Hushed whispers of the wind. And the silent movement of the shadows. She dragged Aiden down to the ground, in cover. "Sh" was all she said.

Annabelle found a sphere. It had no color, but it resonated soft music. Could this be an element? She asked herself. Maybe it's Sound. She took a step closer, and the music turned into rock, a band she doesn't know. Another step, and it was blasting heavy metal. At this point, Annabelle had no choice but to run for it. The element sensed this, and blasted a horrifying sound, making her cover her ears. She got up and, while covering her ears, ran as fast as she could to the element. It only took her pinkie finger to slightly touch it, for everything to calm down. The sphere was gone. And Annabelle was left with a splitting headache.

Bryan sighed. "I guess I can try and go back to the gas station." He looked at his map and started walking. He then bumped into a person. He looked up and said, "sorry." The girl had blonde hair and blue eyes. She looked cute with her freckles. That's when he realized. Where he was, there were no people. He looked around and seen the gas station sign, along with a whole bunch of confused people looking at him.

Bryan walked through the gates. He looked around and seen quite a few people here. "Welcome to hotel gas station." Allen said.
Bryan didn't pay a lot of attention to what he said. He just looked around. Absorbing everything in. In his daze, he suddenly found himself somewhere else. He shook his head. Did he imagine the whole thing? It felt real. He looked up at the sky. Black clouds everywhere. Bryan turned around and was face to face with a person.
"About time someone relieved me of my element!" The guy said.
"What?" Bryan said. "Um, I think you have the wrong person."
"You knowingly stepped through the wormhole, didn't you?" He asked.
"Wormhole? What? What's going on?" Bryan was confused.
"You came for the element space!" The guy yelled.
"What! No!" He answered. "I was walking and suddenly ended up here."
"Ah, blast it all. Just accept your newfound powers." The Elementist said.
"I accept?" Bryan was still confused
"Then I Boris of the Space Element, will pass on my powers to you." Boris said. He instantly fell to the ground, unmoving. A sphere that was black, spotted with white lights, like a starry night, went into Bryan.
Bryan looked around and said, "What just happened?"

Annabelle was starting to fall asleep when she heard music. And not just any music, but Bohemian Rhapsody, by Queen. She looked out the windows. She seen shadows. They are no idiots, if they heard music, they would dear. Whoever had that music playing. But they weren't. Which means Annabelle is going crazy.
She decided to find the source of it.

Annabelle took a look at her surroundings. She was in an old pawn shop. She knew that she left her weapons back where the shadows were. And they were definitely using those weapons now on some poor survivor. She looked around for something good. She settled on a cool looking sword and a handgun, with loads of ammo. She could hole up here for now, until the Cold passes. The Cold is the only way to figure out when it's night and day. The shadows are more distracted with the monsters when the Cold is gone.

Bryan looked at his map. If the map was right, the closest settlement was a gas station. Where the Elementists are. Or most of them. Bryan has heard so many different stories from other passing survivors that he doesn't know which is fact and which is fiction. He was so focus on the map that he ran straight into a wall. "Ow."
He looked up and seen a gas station sign.
It has to be. He thought. He walked up to the gates and knocked.
A person showed up at a watchtower, a guy. "Yo. What's up. Welcome to Allen's personal fortress."
"Allen." A girl said.
Bryan heard Allen say "Ow!" Then heard the girl say, Open the gates!"

Annabelle followed Aiden.

Ten months later....
Name: Bryan Park
Age: 18
Gender: male
Appearance: brown hair. Blue eyes. White. Wears a pilot jacket along with black jeans.
Element: not identified yet...

Bryan walked on the highway with his backpack, and gun in hand. He hasn't found a safe haven for quite a while. All of those he did find, were already destroyed by either monsters or those shadow things. Or both. We learned one thing. If he sees monsters and shadows fighting each other, to steer clear of that area. It only spells death.

Annabelle was all alone. Her and Aiden got separated when a horde of shadows surprised them. It seems like they work as a unit. Never has she found one alone. At least they didn't damage her guitar. But she didn't dare play it now that she's alone.

"she must make haste for one of the scientific ones." Xyry said. "I predict with his growing powers, you have about a year at most before the whole world is engulfed in darkness." Xyry looked at a shadow, which was one of the ones that died by a monster. "Just know that even though these shadows and monsters will fight each other, they will also target you. Both are still your enemies. Maybe if the Ancients were here, it would help slow down the process. I'll see what I can do to contact them. Do what you must to find new Elementists."
Sasha and Allen looked at Aiden. "Are you sure you're able for this?" Sasha asked.
Allen brought his hand out to shake. "bring him back. If not for anybody's sake but Elizabeth's. She loves him. Just promise that you'll try"

(ok, do you mind if we do a time jump? Say one year?)

The girl with the guitar overheard their conversation. Her name is Annabelle Reye. Her soft blonde hair flowed as she ran towards the group.
"Hi, I'm sorry to interrupt your conversation, but I heard that you might need help. Jake, I think that's what his name was, risked his life for everybody here, and got me my guitar back. I was thinking if joining you guys. Of having a power like you. I don't think it would be right that he risked so much for me and my friends and family, and me doing nothing to help."
Sasha looked at her. The girl was sixteen. She didn't seem like the fighting type. "I'm sorry, but you can't just throw your life away like that."
"I would like to say something." Xyry said. "Wether the girl wants to or not isn't your decision. Death is inevitable, especially now. Some of the most powerful Elementists are the ones that everyone would bat an eye and turn away on. If she wants to is her decision."
Sasha turned to Annabelle. "Okay, so do you want to help out?"
Annabelle nodded. "Yes"

Xyry waved. Allen and Sasha noticed. But it was Allen that spoke up. "Aren't you supposed to be that one dark Elementist that the Darkness hasn't corrupted?"
Elizabeth was still unconscious, laying on the floor.
Sasha looked at Xyry. "Is there a way to get Jake back?"
Xyry nodded. "Yes. But it involves getting more Elements."

Allen was furious. "No! I'm not going to hurt my friend! This time, I'm staying out of it."
Xyry nodded, understood. "The elements are called, the Scientific Elements. Made by mankind, therefore unique in their powers. Instead of four, there are five. They are called, Time, Space, Matter, Mind, and Sound."
Sasha shook her head. "I'm sorry, but I don't know if I can handle getting anymore elements. And Elizabeth here would not be able to face Jake." She looked at Aiden and Lucia. "Can you find someone to be able to help you guys out? Please."

(At this point, I'm making my original four characters now minor. And adding probably two or three, just to let you know)
