So you have to pick between the Axis Powers and Allied Forces.

The Axis Powers are a group consisting of Germany, Italy (both North and Romano) and Japan.
Historically, many others were Axis countries, such as Finland, Hungary, Romania, and Thailand that have not been explicitly portrayed as Axis countries in the series. The only country that has been officially portrayed as an Axis country is Bulgaria.

The Allied Forces are a group consisting of America, China, England, France and Russia, with Canada historically a member but not always grouped with the Allies. The Allies represent the five greatest powers of the group during the time period.
The Allies are the Allied Forces during WWII, though were many other allied countries not clearly portrayed as Allied countries in the storyline (such as Australia, Belgium, Cuba, Denmark, Greece, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway and Poland).
