bc I actually like Flare as a character, and I really hated Fern. She will be nicer gosh

Blake sat with his Lucario on a bench. They had just beaten Blue the day before, and were all exhausted. For over a year they'd trained hard for that battle, eventually visiting the Gijinka world once or twice a week. But they were focused mainly on the battle. And they won.
"Might as well go soon," he said. He returned his Pokemon and glanced at the sky.

Flare sat in a tree, her Delphox beside her. She was in a forest surrounding one of the routes. She sighed, recalling all of what happened the day she first crossed over and before that. She shuddered; her Delphox glanced at her with a worried look. "I-I'm okay... don't worry," she ensured the Pokemon. She always felt ill lately, but doctors said she had no sickness.

Alex sat in a cafe in Lumiose City, drinking a small water.

Stormfly took her turn to climb the tree, but as she started going up, the weight of her slight anxiety pulled her down. She ended up barely reaching the lowest branch on the tree; it seemed to be sturdy as she got up. "Yeah..." She mumbled, keeping her attention on the bees. She felt more nervous the closer she was to them. On her second attempt to climb up, she placed a hind leg on a small branch for support as she climbed, but that branch broke easily and she slid down, luckily landing on the low branch.

Stormfly jolted awake at Creamstar's call. She felt her fur stand up in surprise as she dashed out of the den and to the camp exit. But as she did, she heard a muffled cry that came from within the apprentice's den. Oakpaw!
She turned to try to save her apprentice, but as she did, a gray blur shot past her. She watched as the cat she recognized as Thunderlight dive into the den. Oh StarClan, please help them!

Inside, Thunderlight looked down at the motionless apprentice. He didn't know if Oakpaw was alive or not, but there was no time to check. He grabbed the apprentice by the scruff of the neck and nearly choked, as smoke was filling his lungs. He dragged Oakpaw out and nearly collapsed to his paws, gasping for breath. Stormfly ran over and helped him pick up the apprentice and carry him out of camp. They hurried to join the rest of their Clan and set Oakpaw down. "Is... is he alive?" Stormfly asked worriedly.
Thunderlight didn't answer and rested his head on Oakpaw's throat to listen for breathing. He could hear some, but it was shallow. "Barely," he replied before coughing a little.

Victoria grew uneasy at the sight of the sky changing colors. Darkness possibly meant trouble. She decided to follow Katie; she didn't quite have another choice. As she walked, and glanced at Derek, and bit her lip."Scared," she admitted in a whisper, staring ahead.

Alex's bad feeling grew stronger as he walked. He looked up. "Great..." He muttered, breaking into a faster pace. He headed into what he thought was the way he came, and didn't feel hopeful until he managed to find his way out. He stopped on the sand, finding himself alone. Either Katie had gone really far off, or he somehow emerged onto a different part of the island. Groaning, he headed to his left and started searching again.

What does she mean 'we?' "I-I'm Victoria," she said shyly. "Err, so... there's someone else with you?" She asked. She was curious to find any others on the island, but at the same time she wasn't looking forward to meeting any new strangers. She sighed.

Alex had gone a little ways in before he gave up, since there was pretty much no sign of life other than the forest and a few birds. He turned to head back, slightly hoping in the back of his mind that he hadn't gotten lost.
