It has to be a slow Pokemon, since it vanished due to its speed, about the food, it means it can only eat fresh food, the extinct line doesnt necessary mean its a fossil pokemon, the weak to four is obvious, the shaking thing means its a big pokemon and the espression thing means it has angry eyes or somthing. The closest I got was Tyrantrum, but it has 5 weaknesses. Genesect is also a revived pokemon, but idk about the food, then theres all the other slow fossils that have 4 weakness, some dont have the eyes and some idk about the food, I would say its a Hisuian Pokemon though, like Avalugg, but it has 6 weaknesses. Idk, I give up xP

One last guess: hisuian zorua or zoroark or Hisuian sliggoo/goodra
