It may not be most useful thing and also but be at some use for some people, so I hope that you will take my opinions and suggestions into consideration. 1."newly" released section. When new plushies are released I want to know which ones and how many. I think for the reason of convenience and organization that a new section should be added to the DW shop that would essentially show the thumbnails of all the plushies that were added with the last stock extension. It's true that you could just browse through all the sections and look out for the "NEW" in green but I find that's inefficient as there are 7 sections that new plushies could be in. So why not just add another blue button and add a some writing that says "released on [insert date here]". With the last stock extension with all those plushies added in I wasn't sure how many were added and which ones as well. So I had to browse through the sections to see what I had missed during my semi-hiatus. With this it would be much faster to see what I can add to my collection or just see what has been added for reference. I don't really see a bad-side to this suggestion other than it won't have major impact on anything but I think it would still be nice to have it. Thanks for reading! I don't really colour in that style anymore (I don't even know what I was doing back then *-*) and also I didn't draw the lines for the miku chibi haha. My style is more of this http://fav.me/d83lnj6 (sorry traditional chibi) now ^^. Though I can colour in a less complex way probably but still produce a decent result, anyways if you're interested just Palpad me. I'll charge about 150k pd then since the style might be a weird? Yeah a chibi would be about 250k because they don't take me "that" long to do haha. Yeah I know what you mean I believe that almost every artist is underpriced but it's just that people aren't willing to pay that much. Also, for a chibi I don't include extras like the example I mentioned (all the candy in the background), just be aware that I may ask for a little extra for things like that or very complex designs ^^ [Read more] |

@Abby & KrazyKarp Well the reason artists watermark their images is because they don't want it stolen. haha Usually if it's watermarked people would say that they wouldn't want something that has writing on it. It's just a little something artists can do to prevent their image from being stolen. Also even with the small writing in the corner I already stated it'd be easily cropped/erased so it would be pointless. Also most people wouldn't bother to look for the original artist if the image was cropped since you'd probably wouldn't know the name was there in the first place if you haven't seen the image before. To me watermarking doesn't really ruin a picture aesthetically much if you place the writing properly ^^. @Spicypants Thanks you! :D @Ptoung It's not really about free art (as Doopliss already mentioned). It's more about people who take other's art and resells it (for profit) and also edits it without permission. If it's free original art(aka a request), I'm perfectly okay with that because it's the artists own choice to not ask for something in exchange. But this is more about the use of images without proper accreditation if we're talking about free art. @enderknux I think it would be preferable to credit at least where you took the image from to acknowledge that the original image doesn't belong to you. For example; e.g. I retrieved this image from (link here). I don't think so because I think the plushies are more or less offical artwork rather than belonging to a pokemon fansite. @Novasplitz Haha I just used that as a hypothetical situation (sorry for not saying so) it was one of the most recent pictures I drew (sorry for using your name too ;w;). Well big fandoms like pokemon are already so recognizable that if someone said on the internet they own it I'd probably wouldn't believe them. Hmm, that's an interesting way of marking your work but I wouldn't prefer it myself since I want a watermark to be a little noticeable at least so if it ever appear on Google Images any person looking at it would say that it has writing on it so I wouldn't take it ^^. I was making a reference to the art shops in the fanmades section. Indicating people on this site make PD from it. @krazykarp Well to me every artist should watermark their art but obviously not all do. I don't think just because you don't watermark an image doesn't make it public property. Also writing a name is much less effective since it could essilt be erased. (Sorry for that random statement XD) @Navuso Thank you and agreed C: I think avatars and signatures can't really be protected against 100% since it's just an image your using yourself. Of course there is a risk to everything, but people do make money (virtual currency) off the signatures and avatars that are made from other's art. Also I agree with advertising people's art as a good thing but like I said, most of the time they're not credited so what good would it do if nobody knows who drew it? Also I've never played PFQ, or even taken a look at it before. Haha, by this logic this site shouldn't even exist then either. But nintendo is credited and also pokemon/fan base things are so recognizable that it be a given that the characters do not belong to you. @MagicalCreature If you use "search google for this image" you'd probably be able to find the very first time the image was posted on the internet. This was lying could be avoided and I'm only really centering this towards what happens in the "fanmades" area not really avatars and such. I just put some questions up to get more feedback on what people think. @KrazyKarp Thanks for your comments ^^. Also I don't get why you wouldn't like people watermarking their work of art? It's like if you bring your water bottle to school and you write your name it so people know it's yours and not to be confused with someone else's or to return it to you if it gets lost/stolen. @Angell Thanks for the support!
