“The distortion realm has 4 ways out and two ways in. The first way out is of course, the distortion rulers portal. The second being the turn back cave which exists in both reallms. The 3rd being the Mirror crystals, which reflect reality in the normal realm. The 4th and final way out are dimension shattering beings, such as Palkia, Or Necrozma. Stay safe.
