I do that too, mostly train them myself and very many of my hatchlings have ended up exalted.
But I at least try to sell them, even if they become someones else's fodder.

This time the person I am buying the first dragon from said yes to giving me a couple of days to get things sorted, so that is good at least.

Edit: I was trying to auction off these two.
and then I changed my mind. I want to keep the wine one, I just fell in love with her ugliness
Though the other one will have to go meet the Icewarden soon
