Opened up 3 more event pairing slots - if you grabbed one of the last slots please try to wait at least 24 hours before grabbing one of them [if there's any left by then] because I know at least one of the death cats has a design that's rather high in demand, comparatively to the others [Read more] |

Welcome to the Death Cats Christmas Event! I'm sure most of you have already noticed, yep the advent calendar is up with its boosts on various days of the month counting down to Christmas and will be updated as close to site reset as possible [as long as my physical health permits it] This event, as usual, has started with an egg drop but only on my part of the shop - Tord has a different plan for something fun instead with some of his designs which will be announced when it is ready. I have opened 3 slots for the event breeding, and 5 skull fragment/custom slots on the to-do list Please be aware i am VERY busy this month, I cannot stress that enough with a total of 6 birthdays (including my own) and Christmas all in one month, on top of a personal art project - I apologise if I'm unable to be as productive in terms of making designs and what not, but I'll still try my best to make as many as I can. Due to the fact that I am known to be ridiculously busy during December [christmas, lots of family birthdays, other art projects] I've decided to make a tiny change that will only last for the duration of the Christmas event: My to-do list will function on an open/shut basis This will prevent me from getting swamped with having like 5 skull fragments, a custom, and 3 event pairings to make all at once between other things, for example. Now this restriction will specifically apply to the submission of skull fragments or customs as pairings already have limits in place to stop me from getting overrun. Essentially: when my to do list is closed - you will not be able to submit skull fragments or customs until i announce it reopening, just like event pairings/regular pairings even. As a result of this maybe limiting the amount of wished designs people can obtain, I will extend the period of time to submit christmas skull fragments into January [where i'll hopefully be a bit less busy] For now, even though it's not December yet, i will be closing my to do list so i can focus on the last one, then try to get enough christmas adopts made so i don't have to make too many during the month itself. Short break over for now, back open for business. I will be slowly working through my to do list, hopefully it won't take too long and I apologise to those that have been waiting a while for their skull fragment designs from the halloween event! Note: These numbers may not be 100% accurate Explorations count both event and non-event explorations sent, as long as they were sent during the month of the event. Total Explorations Sent: 1326 Total Trick or Treats: 98 Total Tricks: 31 Total Little Treats: 58 Total Big Treats: 7 Total Skull Fragments: 2 Total Event Pairings: 11 [counting those that have yet to be made] Not counting designs that are yet to be made/finalised, so far there are a total of 168 designs distributed between all of the "active" users involved in the species [users who have posted since the reopening]! The title of the forum currently explains that it is on break. The last message in the forum - by me - also explains that it is on break with a specific mention of the shop being closed so we don't have to worry about rolling explorations. Basically i've spent all day building a new bed for myself and uh. I hurt. and am kinda tired. So im basically im uh. Shutting the shop until like, either somewhere in the middle of the day tomorrow, or on the 3rd november so me nor tord have to worry about explorations/etc in the meantime Also i'm gonna just fill everyone's energy to max during this time period 'cuz why not.
