I am doing as what Jacharias told me to do so. I was first amazed to find out that high levelled users can get a ton of nuggets according to this page, and then I asked two users:

I was wrong.

If seen deeply through the way of rules, the list with names is naming and shaming. The rules say you can't name and shame users for what they have done. If there's someone's name in the list, it shows in public that they have did something wrong which turns it to be shaming. Better for us is to directly contact the user that they have been banned/warned for what they have done as what @Venus stated. And if they have blocked you, just ignore their posts in your threads and report them to moderators, then moderators will remove their spam post (I think so) and they will deal with that person.

I think, you should ask Riako, what's his opinion on this matter, which will be the final one as he is the only one who wrote the Rules.

I was confused that where should I post this, in Bug/Complaints section or Discussion. Then, I thought it would be feature, so here I am to confirm.
A user on notification wall posted a feed with emoticon in it which contained @ (address sign). When the notification wall page was loading for me for few moments, it came up like this;

And after page loaded up it turned out to be a complete feed.

What's the use of email protection, when its not hiding email? I tried by writing a complete email in its standard format and making a feed but it didn't hide it? Or Does it have some other kind of use?

	Logically, sweets are of decorative purpose only, and only change form of milcery (sweets make different forms of Alcremie, or Alcremies are differenciated through their sweet forms). Milcery evolves only when you spin your character round and round. (I don't know how it works here). [Read more]
