Tabitha had only been asleep for a little while. She thrashed around in her sleep and sat up with a deep inhale. She had dreamed that her dad had fallen to his death just like her mom. Tabitha immediatly ran toward the elder's house only to find her dad telling a story to the other elders. She gave a relieved sigh. 'He'll be OK, he's safe in the camp.' She reminded herself.

Dear Diary...

My ~~old~~ best friend's aunt died today. My mom was gonna go, as a surprise, to visit my best friend's house along with her friend. I wanted to come along and catch up with my best friend, let's call her 'M', because I haven't seen her in forever. We arrived to N's house, my mom's friend, since we were gonna car pool. We ended up staying for a while because M's mom wasn't picking up her phone so we could just tell them we want to come over and catch up. N and my mom were worried, they both tried to call. Mom managed to call M's dad and tell him we were coming over, he told his wife and so we arrived. I didn't get to see M because she wasn't there... *sigh* that's fine. I enjoyed her mom's cake! M's mom was also crying when we got there and mom said we were staying for an hour but no... Usually I complain but I wanted to let mom catch up with her old friend and let her and N cheer up M's mother. She lost her sister... which is sad...
