Especially if you tend to train at least 2 fodder dergs to level 8 in a zone like the Harpy Roost - getting around 500 - 900 exp per mob with 25 level trainers, you tend to get more food than when you go to higher level zones. I always have over 1000 food points in everything and end up selling most the food items I get. [Read more] |

Anyway, before I start training this boy for exaltation... Would anyone like to save him? I know his genes aren't super exciting, but I quite like him, personally. To be honest, I'd keep him (he's been in my lair for a couple months now) but finding a decent mate for him proves to be difficult.

Scribbles are fun to make and they are incredibly cute in their own way. <3 Anywho, I feel like doing a couple traditional sketches - would anyone be interested in having their derg scribbled by me? I normally love everything fae, but the Fae dragons on FR... eh It's not that I don't like their design - they are rather cute and I like the idea behind them. I have more Faes than I do Snappers or Mirrors because their design is more appealing to me. But I think they are really poorly drawn, especially in comparison to all the other dragons. I mean, taking a closer look at them, their lines are more rough and jagged than the other dragons, the males' forearms look like they were broken, not to mention their wings- Not even Fae hatchlings save the breed, while usually baby dragons are the cutest dragons. D: With that said, I am hoping they'll eventually redo Fae dragons' "sprites" to make them just a little smoother and cleaner. (And while they're at it, I hope they fix Wildclaws' tiger/underbelly which looks like the color's leaking out of the lines, ew). @~Infinity~ How about these? :'> Cherub / Current / Basic Piebald / Peregrine / Okapi (Looks better w/o Okapi, to be honest, but I think it's the most fitting tert for her, in case you wanted to add a tert gene!) How about something along these lines?  Personally I like her with Crystal / Peregrine / Smoke, too, but smoke isn't for everyone. Crystal / Peregrine / Okapi looks alright too. Crystal / Facet / Underbelly (or basic) looks pretty sweet if you don't mind saving up for a Facet scroll. [Read more] |

Naming your long-Unnamed dragon after one of the four Chaos Gods. Yes, ohh yes it is. Behold Slaanesh!  Now I only need to provide him with some art and a fancier looking description. Are any of you decent at making dragon bios look nice? I'd be willing to pay treasure, PD, maybe some nuggets for a fancy bio (code & layout). Also if any of you does dragon or dra-gijinka art, I'd be willing to pay for that too, though I might be VERY picky with the quality and style. [Read more] |

I agree with NeonHyena, she looks good as a Skydancer. :'> And yeah, tertiaries are such an enigma when you're a newbie. I would also have chosen different colors for my custom progen if I could have checked out the genes beforehand. I would have picked colors that were closer together on the color wheel, or I would have chosen Seafoam instead of Aqua, since for some reason most Secondaries look better in Seafoam than they to in Aqua... I had similar issues with my female progen (the one I've made myself, not the randomly generated one). I couldn't come up with anything myself, but the people around here did a good job throwing ideas at me. :'> Surprisingly, my male random progen was much easier to come up with ideas for. Too bad they're going to require Coatl and Wildclaw scrolls. Whoops. The funny thing is, I don't like Cherub with Seraph on most dragons - I think Eye Spot and Peregrine fit with Cherub better than Seraph does. o: [Read more] |

Yeah, I agree, it does overpower it.
