Hi there, welcome to PH!!
For Mudkip (and evos) you could always have a look in the Auction House ~~(which maybe you haven't unlocked yet? I can't remember, doesn't take long though!!)~~ They shouldn't be too expensive!

For the tree you've got to get honey (usually found randomly on rumble missions ~~which miiight also not be unlocked yet)~~

Looking good!! Dresses are super hard to draw so nice going!! ʕ￫ᴥ￩ ʔ
I don't really think I'm qualified to give criticism but a lil' something I'd recommend is lowering the opacity of the brush you use to sketch with? It helps to see all your lines of the sketch, but if you've already tried it and didn't like it, sorry!! Maybe also have a quick look at a reference of a girl of her physique facing forwards and double check the shape of her bust. Apologies if I'm misinterpreting the lines and that's her hair!!
