	I once fell backwards when playing soccer. To break my fall i tried to put my left foot behind my body's pivot point, so i wouldn't topple over. Little did i know that my foot stayed flat on the floor while i just fell backwards. Long story short, i tore all my ligaments in my left ankle, and got confined to wearing a cast for 6 weeks and 12 weeks of physical therapy :/ [Read more]
