There was a cough from the sky "Manakel, you mean. 'Mr Birds' is one of the worst Superhero names. EVER! And it is also not my Superhero name" and then he says something in French. Though while he was distracted, Nuria had focused a shot of fire at one of his wings, using her heat to make it bigger, and she threw it at said wing. Because Dragomir didn't expect this, he had no time to dodge the attack. And he had a crash landing as he fell to the ground, luckily also putting out the fire.

"Dealt with him" Nuria says, grin on her face. "Now we should leave before anymore of those Superheroes arrive. Don't want them to have to fight us as well"

(Grizzwolfer then pretended to be a ordinary human as other Superheroes arrived to the scene. Then Blade comes and reveals that Drake was Grizzwolfer. Nuria runs off with Grizzwolfer after setting a building alight, Manakel and Blade save the people and get into a tiny argument before tracking down Nuria and Grizzwolfer, with the help of some birds. There is now a fight between Grizzwolfer&Nuria and Blade&Manakel. BUT WAIT! Grizzwolfer presumably kills Blade, while Manakel has to deal with two Villains. Caleb becomes a Superhero to help them out and Johnny has also become a Superhero, and is running to the scene now.

And in America, Rick and Techno are having a bit of a fight as well)

New Pokemons, the Rules and Regulations:
The first thing you have to do, before Messaging me, is read this information. It is important, I will know if you have ready it or not.

1: DON'T STEAL OTHER PEOPLES WORK!
It isn't your own art, you aren't allowed to use it.

2: TELL ME THE TYPING YOU THOUGHT OF FIRST!
I need to know what type you are thinking about making it, though I have a list. I have a list of the Types and how many Pokemons I currently have for each, as well as the info for each.

3: DO NOT DO ARTING/DESCRIBING UNTIL I SAY YOU CAN!
I will require you to tell me your general idea, and then I will get back to you ASAP. If I tell you that there is something I don't like, you can either change it or I'll thank you for trying. DO NOT start drawing/writing until I say you can, because I don't want you to have wasted effort.

4: WHAT I THINK ABOUT YOU WILL AFFECT WHAT I SAY TO YOU!
If I really like you, I am more likely to say yes. If I am not a fan of you, or if you are known for not being a good person, I am more likely to say no. I will do some research on what you have done as well, if I'm not sure about what to say.

5: DRAWING IS PREFERED! ONLY WRITING IF NECESSARY!
I would much prefer it if you could do at least one or two sketches of the Pokemon idea you have, though I do know that maybe you can't draw that well. If so, let me know ASAP and I will allow you to just do writing so you can get notes down whenever

I will sometimes be holding some contests in the future, when I have less to draw/upload/write for, so you can get a chance to have a design of your own made. With the only types not being accepted being from the "UNACCEPTED TYPES" section, for obvious reasons. Though they will have one type specified already, so they can just be that one type.

NO LEGENDARY/MYTHICAL POKEMON!
I have set guidelines for these, and the only ones missing are ones that I will think about when I have the time.

You can also maybe think of ideas for the Gym Leaders/Elite Four. Like how they'll look, the Type they will be, and what Pokemons they have.

LOLz, I have no idea where exactly this should go, though if it is better in a different section then the Mods can move it. Don't worry about telling me that you are moving this, just as long as it is in the right place.

So, hi there, nice to meet you. I have been thinking up ideas for a new, custom Region of my own now. I've gotten at least 91 Pokemon ideas already, as well as a few of the NPC's and the two player characters (for male and female). The map is going through a few checks, and I still need to work out what the main story will be about, though I have decided for there to be no Pokemon from the games available in the Region. There are no new types, and no Type Advantages have been changed. Mega Evolution is in it, with each Mega getting it's own Pokedex Entry, though no Z-Moves, and I currently only have two Pokemon that can Mega Evolve. A Legendary and a Fire-Type.

I will start uploading pictures of each Pokemon onto my Deviant Art soon, and when I do start, I'll link to there so you can check current work. Though I may comment here with new links to the next Pokemons when I do make their pages.
I also have a spreadsheet that will eventually be labelling all 151 Pokemon, their Types, Base Stats for Level 50 and Level 100, how to get them and a few other bits like Weaknesses and Resistances. That will be updated for the 91 Pokemon I currently have first, and then I will get to making the last 59 or so.

Welp, that is where you lot come in.
I may not be able to come up with 59 Pokemon alons, so I'll be doing a few contesty-things as well as letting people message me about creating new Pokemons for the Region. Rules and that will be put below for you to see.

YOU CAN COMMENT TO TALK ABOUT THE REGION AND ASK QUESTIONS.
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DRAW ART FOR ANY NEW POKEMON THAT HAS BEEN CREATED, OR FOR ANY HUMAN CHARACTER THAT HAS BEEN CREATED. JUST POST A LINK HERE IF YOU UPLOAD IT, MAINLY BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT YOU GUYS COME UP WITH

Manakel (Dragomir) then does a spin in the air, and he points towards Grizzwolfer. Multiple birds fly down to attack him with their claws, and then they fly back up again, eventually coming back down to attack again after random amounts of time. He then glances at Blade "The guy who attacked you is Grizzwolfer, not the dude you thought him to be"

Nuria glances out, and she quickly uses her fire to get into costume before coming out. "Time to burn!" she yells, and then she throws a small fireball at Manakel. He dodges it, though she then fires a second one at the birds attacking Grizzwolfer

"What was that meant to do against me?" Rick asks, still firing bullets towards Techno. He was made with the thought of liquid protection in mind for one part, so there was no way for anything like rain to harm him. And then he didn't need to breath, so he could go underwater for as long as he wanted without problem. Well, the only problem for Rick underwater would be water pressure, but that only affects him if he goes too far down. "I was made by the government, that makes me more superior to you. Anything any other robot would be weak to, I'm not weak to. Take electricity for example" and then Rick moves over, turns his left foot into something with a point, and he sticks it into a plug socket before putting his right hand on Techno's shoulder. The electricity that would normally electrocute a human only moved across the surface of Rick, and it hit Techno.

Don't cry about it, unless you really are a wimp" he didn't see why she was so upset about Zorra getting killed. And Zorra wasn't "just a child" after all, she was a teenager, not a child. "Why are girls the most babyish?" he questions himself. "I don't know..." he then replies.

"HA! CALLED IT!" bad_news suddenly claps and then yells. "I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN! NOBODY LISTENED TO ME, BUT I SAID IT WOULD HAPPEN!"

But, having already left, Dragomir didn't hear what Blade had said. He was busy tracking down Nuria and Drake. He flew through the sky, talking to birds to find their location.

And then he looks back round. But then, for a reason he didn't know why, he says "Wait a second..." out loud. Conner does wake up, and he blinks a few times. "Did you just zap me? With electricity?" he asks "And what is Zorra doing this time?" he moves the laptop from his lap, and then he stands up. "Hmm... Where is Zorra?" he asks taking a few steps towards Rebel. "Or maybe..." and he activates his Aura Vision to look around. "Oh. There. With somebody who is definitely evil. And two people that don't have a side yet. Let's go and help your friend then" and he walks past Rebel, towards where Zorra and the others are.
