[Tbh even after the whole “oh yeah hahahaha you’re useless we just needed a sacrifice so you’re a faller now” thing, I still really liked Looker? Like?? It was a crappy thing to do, but I sorta see where he was coming from, with Anabel being a faller too and all.

I dunno, I just wasn’t too hurt by it I guess lmao]

Amber pushed the door closed and stepped down, shaking her head. “Sorry, I’m just excited,” She grinned sheepishly, releasing Hex’s hand. “Because I’m finally old enough to go out on my own! Mum said I could go home whenever, but I’m gonna show her that I’m mature! And then— Oh?” She paused and hesitated, spotting the Shinx. “.. Amber grinned to herself and accepted the dex, pressing a few buttons and glancing at her own dex every now and then to make sure she was putting the right contact in. “Okay! Here!” She beamed, handing Hex hers back after adding the other girl’s contact to her own dex. “There we go!” She cheered, bouncing on her heels. “Okay! Have a safe trip over!”

Nova blinked, probably surprised before barking the greeting back, fluffy tail whipping around happily.

“Hey, thanks Prof!” Amber grinned, reaching out carefully to offer the Furfrou her hand. It sniffed her and barked, tipping its head forward in acceptance. The smile grew and Amber squealed, leaning forward to hug the fluffy dog. “Hello! I’m Amber! What’s your name? Oh! Oh, I know! I like your star-cut, so I’m gonna call you Nova?”

The Furfrou already seemed exhausted by the girl’s energy, though she tipped her head in acceptance.
