The Minister smiled and pressed a button. Instantly, the rifle in Nagasaki's vest started automatically firing. Multiple people fell quickly. An alarm blared. Perfect. The minister took careful aim and fired a small dart gun. It embedded itself in Nagasaki's arm and threw him to the ground. A wound for the traitor. He gracefully stepped from the podium and walked over to one of his agents. The agent nodded and leapt into the crowd. It had been seven minutes. Three more and then he would start searching.

Timeskip to Coronation

Atticus Redding. Soon to be recoronated. The crown glistened on his head as he swore into the office. He had gotten a white suit with a red cape flowing behind him. Showy, but necessary. He could hear the cheers around him as he finished. The bible whisked away as he opened his eyes and watched the crowd. The artillery of weapons hidden in his outfit weighed him down.

Check.

He glanced around the crowd, searching...
He found Kaori, Athena, and Nagasaki, he couldn't see the others. He fixed them with a hard stare and sent through his mind.

"Stand up." The Minister tossed the rifle at his feet. "Pufferfish toxins. Twenty times worse. If you accidentally shoot yourself, I have the antidote." He looked around and lowered his voice to a whisper.
"Nagasaki. Be careful, one wrong move, I will k!ll you."
He straightened his cuffs and smiled a thin smile.
"Now, off you go. You're... friends are waiting."
He gestured out of the window towards Athena.

The Minister hurried inside. "Reina." He hissed, "Not now." As she hurried away, he picked up his own walkie talkie and spoke into the speaker. "I'm sorry, but I'd prefer grey suits now that I've thought of it. Make sure there are fresh roses at the ceremony." He hurried off deep into the building and picked up a hunting rifle. Its bullets were soaked in toxins, they would be useful.
"Nagasaki, report to floor 13, I have a package for you." His voice was laced with cold and malice.

Atticus could barely feel Rin come, but he tried to flinch away. He knew someone inside her could hurt him terribly. Just a touch from her, he could feel a searing pain creep up his body. He couldn't see or hear. Just feel. The ticking sound inside his head was extremely loud and a surge of panic swept through him. His clock. He tried opening his eyes, it worked, but he couldn't see. It felt like ink had spread throughout his body, covering his eyes, tainting his heart. Cath. She would probably know what to do, but he was terrified of Rin and couldn't trust her with a glass cup.

He could feel wisps of darkness try to take him again. He was still weak from his first attempt and the burning agony the touches of darkness brought made him pass out again.

One word was still in his mind though; Silence.

The Minister could feel someone flying towards him. He set down the cat and walked to the coronation building. It wasn't time yet, but it was a place he knew inside out. He could sense sedative behind injecting and sucked in a wince. That sedative was taken out of stock years ago. Lead poisonings had led him to take it out. Why should he care though. A voice behind him. "Att." He stiffened. He hadn't been called that in two decades.

Cath's suggestion to him rung in his ears. Could he harness dark magic? He looked around until he saw a dark gorge. "Nice meeting you, Scarlett." He turned ed and sprinted off to the gorge. He opened his mind and let darkness crawl up his arm. As it neared his neck, he could feel himself crumbling. no. He had to be strong. It crawled up to his pinkish red hair, dyeing it dark dark maple. He could feel a scream bubbling inside of him, but he temper it down. The last thing he heard before the explosion was birds squawking away, a lighting into the suddenly grey sky.

The Minister sat a few blocks away, reading a book. Not really, he hated reading anyway. He could hear the chaos he had caused and the sadist part of him liked it. They'd most likely have a search party after him. Maybe more like a hunting party. He was a trained doctor before Prime Minister, so if he wanted, he could figure out how to heal her wound. Not like he did though. His read reacceptance as Prime Minister would be aired in two hours so he had already healed the wound his victim gave him. A small cat padded up to him and mewed. It was dark grey with dark maple spots. He had a thing for cats. The Minister let it crawl on the chair and gave it a small stroke.

Attic us followed her and stopped just behind her. "If it's any condolences, I was the cause of my finances suicide. And, if you want, I can bring you to your mother. Maybe she can help with...
