Eclipse left the hotel, not looking back, sending out Chance. He had decided to return to Alola and test his abilities at the Battle Tree. He left a note behind for the others, reading the following,

I truly am sorry that I'm leaving, but I don't belong here. I need to go back to Alola and get stronger. I hope our paths cross again.
