I love Dragon types the most, but I also love flying and recently I started loving Psychic types, too. Ghost types and grass would come close behind, but they aren't enough to consider favorites. Anyway, reasons for my favorites:

Dragon: I LOVE LOVE LOVE dragons. I have always loved powerful creatures. One thing I dislike about dragon type is how weak their first evolutions are and how long it takes to evolution them...but once you make it happen, it'll be totally worth it.

Flying: I always loved the idea of flying and have dreamed of it. That said, I have at least one favorite Pokemon from every region that's flying type: Pidgeot/Articuno, Skarmory, Swellow, Staraptor, Sigilyph, and Talonflame/Yveltal. I found this type to just be ideal for me because of that and because of one of the most useful and desirable HMs in the games: Fly.

Psychic : Honestly, lately I've really been into the idea of mind powers. I've been doing a lot of research on the topic, and found myself being completely intrigued. Also, I've noticed that anywhere you find a psychic trainer usually has a legendary, interesting secret, or history (ruins). It's a reoccurring pattern in most of the Pokemon games that have made me interested in this type. I also love the kinds of powers the Pokemon tend to have, whether it's super memory, prediction, or levitation. It's all pretty cool and supernatural. Stuff you don't see or hear about much in the real world.

Pokemon Flora Sky is really good, but there are two kinds I've played that really rise above the rest.

One of them is a series with long games, the Ruby Destiny series. Definitely a well rounded series with some awesome storylines, though I warn you that they are a bit difficult, especially towards the end.

The second one is a short and incomplete, but very amazing game: Pokemon Identity. This game is the true meaning of a thriller, so unless you try to avoid the kind of stuff that'll hold every bit of your attention (such as if you're busy), I'd definitely recommend this game. The game might never be completed, but I think it's a worthwhile thing to experience.

These two games (or 4, actually), I feel, give you an experience like no other. It's great!

	~~Gen 1.~~ I don't really like the idea of getting rid of a whole generation. Maybe certain pokemon, but definitely not whole generations. There are bad pokemon in every region, doesn't mean we should get rid of the whole thing. [Read more]

	True. While a person could argue that there's the egg storage feature, I'd say that's different. The egg storage is for, well, storing eggs to hatch later. But sometimes we have eggs we don't want to hatch at all. Not now, not later. Thanks for the support! [Read more]
