Cassare decided to create more water via Void.

(A short explanation: I said she could create things with the power of the Void between universes if she understood that thing well enough. She understood water from the start, because she was, emphasis on was a hydrokinetic before she gave it up.)

This water was thrown onto Jailia. Then she stopped.

"Wait a sec, she's a pyrokinetic. Won't water hurt her?"

Cassare jumped away from the mask. "P3 telepath, telempathy comes with it. Phasing is my other power, I gave up hydrokinetics to boost my Void stuff, although I still use water-based weapons, like my paintball-water-balloon ink gun." Said gun rose into the air, and blasted the reforming mask with a blast of Void energy. "Granted, I can fill it with Void stuff as well, but it's water balloons and paintballs... mostly. "
