im probably going to try for the greenskeeper gathering this year, since it'll be my fr anniversary. funny how when i first joined i chose the nature flight; it also was the first festival i was in. i didnt socialize at all in the nature forums because i did not know they even existed, pff

yes, you can give the accent blueprints away to people! there are different kinds of accent and skin artists (ones that specialize in nature/metalwork/galaxy/etc themes) and there are a lot of variety, i would set up a thread asking people to promote their's or their friends' services and also listing what you're specifically looking for.
mind that the maximum coverage of accents is 30% (that might be more of the artist's trouble, though.)
