Mariko was startled at the sudden presence of this stranger. She looked at him, tilting her head up slightly to get a better view. "I-I..." she stammered. She realized she must be blushing by now and hastily answered his question. "M-Mariko." In an attempt to hide her face, she lowered her head once more.

Kyo grumbled and noticed that everyone was slowly migrating to their classes. "Hurry up, will you? You're all lumbering like cattle," he muttered and gathered his binders and such together.

Ryo walked into the school with a surprisingly neutral face on. Though the walk to the school was aggravating, his annoyance was ebbing and he managed not to frown. He strode through the halls, noticing Vincent and mumbling something along the lines of "Of course that useless oaf is dozing again," and reached his locker, opening it with ease and checking his belongings. Yes, everything was there, luckily for him (and for others, as well).

Mariko walked delicately into the school, peering inside before taking a soft step in. She looked around and swallowed. There were so many people, and they all seemed to be talking to someone else. Only a few were not attached to someone in particular and chatting the other's ear off. Gingerly she approached her locker and tried to open it. After a few unsuccessful pulls, it opened. "Thank goodness," she sighed.

Personality: Ryo has an incredibly volatile temper, lashing out on a dime. Though usually sporting a competitive side, he manages to stay collected until someone pushes the wrong button. The way Cassandra casually mentioned death unnerved Eveline and she wondered if she should take up the responsibility. After turning the idea over and over in her head, she hesitantly raised her hand and said, "I'll come, I suppose."

Zeph was immediately on his feet at the sight of the huge monster, grinning. This was going to be exciting! "Count me in!" he exclaimed, examining the monster once more. "Ooh, looks tough," he muttered to himself, becoming excited.

Eveline jumped when the silhouette leaped through the window, creating a crashing sound that made her ears ring. Once she recognized the shadow as Ambrosia, she calmed considerably, only to tense up again when hearing the news. "Oh great, an evening ruined," she murmured somewhat irritably. Although she hadn't eaten much, she could expect some discomfort from action right after dinner. Nevertheless, she got up from her seat and hurried to the saloon with everybody else.

Zeph listened to the news like everybody else and raced to the saloon, mentally thanking his quick metabolism. When he arrived, he noticed Axel, Ace, and Valentine had already gotten there first. No matter, he thought to himself with a smirk and got himself comfortable, supporting himself against a wall and crossing his arms, glancing attentively in Cassandra's direction.

Hello! Welcome to my teeny art dump!

For those of you who don't know, I am an artist (though a budding one by all means ^w^)! I use MS Paint (the bane of everyone's existence, I know) and regular ol' paper and pencil (or pen). I'm desperately hoping for a drawing tablet and an art program for Christmas or some other holiday (hoping because I'm too broke to dream of buying something like that X`D). I feel like my traditional art is much better than my digital art, but I want to level it out somewhere in the future.

Feel free to (and by feel free to I mean please) reply with constructive criticism! I'm always looking to get better at what I do so passionately!!

Without further ado, I present to you the first lovely picture of this dump!

Anyway, I was listening to Vocaloid and I got the sudden urge to draw my favorite Vocaloid, Kagamine Rin! I'm pretty proud of how this turned out! I only used a picture reference for the hair, clothes, eyes, etc., not the pose (if you can even call whatever Rin's doing a pose :`D)! I also used a reference for the colors.

I'm a little iffy on how bright the hair and skin is; I might have to edit that later. But I'm extremely proud of how the hair and clothes turned out (well, besides the hair coloring). I also like the eyes. What do you amazing people (and artists) think? ouo
yes, i realize i missed the little music note thing. i had difficulties making it so i gave up ;-;

Eveline graciously picked out two biscuits, a caramel apple, and some pomegranate juice. After contemplating for a bit, she also took a small slice of cake and began to eat peacefully and quietly.

Zeph took whatever food he could reach, which ended up in four biscuits, two apples, a large slice of cake, some frozen yogurt, and some juice. "Looks like my haul's good today," he sighed contentedly to himself before beginning his feast.

Eveline sighed as the crowd burst out into laughter, and winced when Felix screamed above the rest. Finally, quiet, she thought to herself, relieved. She looked over at Felix and held her breath. Although she had been quiet, she was particularly hungry and didn't want to go without food.

Zeph laughed along with everyone and ended up feeling pretty proud of himself. Despite that, Felix's anger definitely looked like it would get out of hand if anything else didn't go his way, so Zeph quieted down to a few chuckles and looked directly at Felix. He wasn't afraid, but he was hungry, and he didn't want to go without dinner.

Eveline sat down at the Gothic Lolita's table and chatted and ate with them. When Felix burst through the kitchen doors, she instinctively cupped her hands over her ears. "Oh dear..." she murmured.

Zeph raced past Axel in a flurry and landed in his seat, gripping the edges with his hands. The chair tipped and slid across the floor somewhat. After he regained his balance, he scooted back to the Jokers' table and rested his head on one of his hands. Screams met his ears and he turned to look at the kitchen door. When the chef entered and demanded who would ever do such a thing to his poor parrot (at least, that was what he picked up), Zeph found himself bursting with laughter. In a poor attempt to keep his laughter to himself, he exclaimed, "So that's why he smells so bad?"

Zeph hadn't actually put the sign up himself, but he was ninety-nine percent sure that one of his fellow jokers had.

Eveline was sitting in the courtyard, a book on cardiology laying open on her lap. Her eyes strayed from the worn pages of the treatise to an old willow tree. A bird was flying towards the willow. ...Carrot? she thought, but the loud ring of the dinner bell turned her attentions towards the castle. "Oh, dinner!" the young woman exclaimed. She closed her book and returned it to her satchel, then stood up from her comfortable seat on a bench and began to walk to the canteen.

Zeph was in his room, plotting a prank on one of the hunters. He didn't particularly know which hunter, but one of them would have to do. "Fake doors... swapping the Victorian's teas with black coffee... Monster illusions... Ugh, I've done everything." Zeph heard the bell, but didn't intend to go to dinner. He was going to stay in this spot until he found out exactly what to do. Yes, exactly this spot. No moving.

Two minutes later, Zeph was racing down the hall to the canteen. Never mind pranks; he was hungry!!
