Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to this week's edition of…. Q: What goes into the characters you make? For example are they based off of anyone you know? A: I usually first find out if I want them to be a protagonist or an antagonist. After that, I put in moods and personalities accordingly. I very rarely base my characters off of people I know/movie characters, although my more "hero" characters are by far the easiest characters to create because I usually base them off of my own personality. Q: Out of all of your characters past or present, who would your favorite be and what roleplay were they in? A: I really like my character: Roxy from Elemental Wars. Even though she is the main villain, she is really fun to play as Q: Has there ever been a roleplayer you have enjoyed working with the most? A: Easily Cosmixx. She is a great roleplayer. Her writing style is amazing and she is great at avoiding one-liners. She also doesn't stray too off track in roleplays. Q: What has your favorite roleplay on this site been so far? A: Protect the Star. Uzumaki is a great writer with lots of great ideas. The whole storyline is really good. I like the concept of people having powers (which often shows in my own rps) so I am a bit biased. It's just simply a great story, you have to be there to enjoy it and all the roleplayers involved are really good at roleplaying and their characters are really fun. Q: What has your favorite moment from roleplaying on Pokeheroes been? A: I suppose it would've been during the beginning of: The Program. My evil character was confronting the group. I didn't expect the group to start making fun of my evil character. I thought that, that was pretty funny. I had to basically change my whole plans and try having my character dismiss everything they had said. It's always the unexpected moments that are the most fun Q: If you had to tell someone why they should roleplay, what would u tell them? A: It's a great distraction from life. Which is definitely needed in this current time. You can be somebody that you usually are not, and do things that are impossible. The world is your oyster (I believe that's the saying xD) in a roleplay. At the very least, it can perfect your writing skills, which is never a bad thing. Now for this week, I decided that we weren’t gonna do a Trending Roleplays section because I needed to honor someone very near and dear to my heart. Here are some ways to enjoy: I am pretty sure you must have missed some anime because of school or your job, but if you haven't, this is the perfect time to catch up on new and awesome animes of 2019-20. Here are a few for you: Demon slayer, Dr. Stone, My Hero Academia season 4, Food Wars season 5 (which has started as of when you are reading this edition of PH Times), Fire Force and many others. This is the perfect time to relax and catch up on new games that you always wanted to play or grind and increase your game machanics at battle royale games like Warzone, Fortnite, etc. A hobby is something you do in free time, which you dont get on busy working days. Sing,dance,or draw art and show it to the world. if you are already doing these and still bored, catch up on some netflix, and we already have Pokeheroes. A: The bug contest is a very fun game and I find it a cool feature of the game. It’s a good feature because it isn’t too hard to win since most people have the same odds of winning, and even if you don’t win, you still get stuff for participating. Good job to the people who thought of the bug hatching contest. Q: Do you have any tricks to share? A: I suggest that when playing the mini-game, always try to get at least 90 or higher. That is when I get the best Pokémon. Q: How many tries did it take you to get this winning pokemon? A: I wish I could say that there was some process but ideas usually just spring to me with ease. That being said occasionally I will see a character or idea I like and then I think, "What if I put my spin to it?" or "Maybe I can do this better." A: My favorite character is probably Presto though that is mostly because I can put her into loads of different situations and have it feel natural. She has a fun backstory in my opinion as well. A: This may seem a bit biased (especially since I am now dating her) but probably Atavan. We started roleplaying together in late 2016 if I am not mistaken. We loved how our characters meshed and since then we started building our universe.
