Whitestar nodded. "I'll talk later." he hissed in a low tone as he delivered sharp blows to the fishclan leader, who began to call for mercy as she was much weaker than the well fed and well trained fruitclan warriors.

"Stop stop!" she yowled. "Retreat you idiots they're going to kill us!" she screeched as she slipped away from whitestar, wounded. she staggered as she tried to run, and she fell, unconscious, yet another of her last four lives being taken away due to her reckless leadership tactics. at the sight of their leader dying once again, fishclan turned back and retreated, leaving her to recover in the enemy's camp.

The scruffy and bloody she-cat lay there unmoving as whitestar watched her carefully, bristling as the she-cat started to stand. Once she did, she turned and hissed at whitestar. "Fishclan will be superior to all clans someday and if i die trying, my deputy will carry on!" she growled before turning and bolting out of camp, leaving injured fruitclan warriors to head to Kauri for treating.

Switchfire let out a battle cry before lunging into the mass of cats rushing for the nursery. She clawed and slashed and fought with her life, managing to send several of the cowardly bunch running back out the entrance. She called out to firelight who abandoned the elder's den entrance to help her.

Ripplestar screeched and squirmed. "Help me you worthless lumps of fur!" she screamed at her 'warriors' causing a great deal of them to turn and rush to her aid.

Whitestar leaped at Ripplestar, slamming his body against hers to knock her down. The Fishclan leader clawed blindly at the cats attacking her, and it was obvious that she hadn't planned the attack very well. Meanwhile outside, some of her followers were clawing at Briarsting angrily, trying to reach their leader. His attacks meant nothing to them because if they failed Ripplestar they would be punished worse. Switchfire and firelight stood their grounds in front of the nursery and elders den.

Whitestar nodded. "Stay beside me. I'm taking down Ripplestar and I'm going to need your help."

Firelight looked at Kauri. "I'm going to help. Stay in the den to treat any wounds. I've been trained to fight once, and I'm going to protect my clan." he meowed, taking a place beside the elders den.

Ripplestar glared at Briarsting and she spit at the ground. "Whats it to you Echoclan deputy? Stay out of my business, I have no plans to speak to outsiders." she hissed, turning on her heels and barging through the camp entrance with a cry of hostility

	Switchfire looks at Wolfclaw. "Stand guard by the nursery and protect it." she called out, standing guard to the side of the entrance, ready to ambush when the enemies ran in. Whitestar himself did the same, hiding in the shadows to take on Ripplestar himself. Orangeheart stood by the warriors den to protect Thunderflight. [Read more]

Switchfire bolted out of the warrior's den in a matter of seconds, and Firelight came from the medicine cat den, giving Whitestar a questioning look. 	(Thats fine) Hours passed and the camp seemed quiet. Orangeheart was still intently staring at the camp entrance, turning his ears occasionally to pick up different sounds. He sat more alert as he heard what sounded like twigs snapping. (ok this is literally getting like nowhere so heres a thing to move along, its a few days later i guess?)

Whitestar hopped up onto the hightree branch. You've put this off long enough. Time to finally do these ceremonies he thought, looking over the camp before calling to his clanmates.

once they gathered, he began his speaking. "As you know, marble has returned to us, and he will be joining us permanently." he paused, looking over the orange cat. "From this day on, he will be known as Orangeheart, as he was once known as orangekit, and he had the heart of a true warrior to return to his birth clan." he dipped his head towards the cat and turned to gaze upon wolfpaw. "I'm sorry, but I've also been postponing another important event. Wolfpaw has proven to be a great addition to the clan, and it's about time we've recognized her as a true member. She has earned the warrior name of Wolfclaw." he smiled, purring softly as he felt he had done something good by finally recognizing the young cat as a member of the clan rather than a bother.
