"Excuse me!" she cut in. "What sort of nonsense and blasphemy are you spouting?" she paused for a second to pointlessly identify them,of course she didn't know who they were. "What business do you have here? Our King and Queen are great rulers,ones who always listen to their peoples' demands and opinions and the High Priest is of great importance. Isn't that right?!" she turned to the crowd around her. 	Joy bopped her head,imitating the movement of those closer to the people,trying to feel the rhythm...singing? What were they singing about? She moved a store closer,trying not to get far away from where Philip last saw her while also trying to listen to the song. She hadn't seen their faces either which made her even more curious. That was the side of Philip Joy had seen the most. Not the obnoxious and cheerful one,but the more serious and deadly even side of him. She let out a sigh of relief,as a part of her knew he would come back sooner or later. She stood with her back against the wall,observing people walking by,trying to keep her mind busy. A voice,which seemed to make some sort of announcement,certainly piqued her interest,even though she didn't really understand what he said. She tried to pay as much attention to the person albeit the background noise. She was feeling uneasy.

As she joyfully took a bite out of the slice,her bliss was cut short due to the multiple troops standing guard around some parts of the Kingdom. Maybe her brain wasn't still fully functioning as it was morning,but they definitely seemed more than before. "Sir Philip,do you perhaps know why they have increased security measures?" Even though Joy's body was quite unexpressive as she always thought of her next move very carefully,it was quite clear from her voice that she was worried. As far as she can remember, there weren't many occurances in which they needed to do that,other than emergencies or drills. They seemed serious,from their posture and the way they have one hand on the handle of the sword,ready to unsheathe it at a moments notice. She kept quickly glancing around,trying to spot what could possibly happen. The civilians were acting normal however so there mustn't have been an incident here.

Joy snickered at the comment Charlie made as she figured it right away from the words "certain troublemaker" and "jester". What a conbination. " Glitter you say? It's so shiny and sparklyand cute,I'll make sure to look around and acquire some. I apologize on behalf of my brother." As several ideas flooded her mind,trying to think of ways and combinations to decorate her bedroom,she forgot to get the slice of cake and pay on her way out. "Excuse me." she said as she went back. "Nice to meet you." she cheered. "Actually, I'll have a slice of vanilla chiffon cake!" she said hoping that the baker hadn't already prepared her round bagel. "Thank you,I'll give it a try." No matter what,the bakery was full of wonderful smells. "May I ask what is this?" she turned to the baker,wiping a bit of glitter off the desk. "It seems sparkly and...cute. Joy paused for a moment to think. There wasn't anything they wanted to do really,and on second thought pointlessly dragging Philip along would only waste his time. On the hand,some protection during the stroll wouldn't hurt. She cast a glance towards Esmeralda basically asking her to express her opinion. She coughed to interrupt the short awkward silence which seemed a lot longer for her and as she was about to talk,she reckognised Rosaline's voice which drew her attention. "I wouldn't want to waste your morning simply following us around.Maybe we could stop by the bakery and grab a quick snack but other than that we haven't made any plans regarding today's stroll." she said. It worried her than they were approaching them at that rapid rate so she kept flicking between Philip and Rosaline." she said,casting another gaze towards Esmeralda in case she didn't catch the hint that Joy was extremely undecisive.

Joy kept shaking her hand in a way so as to blow air towards her face from the slight embarrassment. "Still as loud as ever,aren't you..." she chuckled,looking around to spot quite a few people staring at them. After they realised it was just Joy and Philip they carried on with their businesses. "As a matter of fact,I'm up to the mark,taking a stroll with my dear sister." she said pointing at her,somewhere in the distance. "I'd be slightly better if it weren't for Noah causing a ruckus, but that's Noah for you.What about you?How come you're not training with General Regina?" Joy would quite often say something more than she had to or something unnecessary probably due to her not really socialising,trying to remain as ladylike as possible. "Last time I saw her she was in the castle." she added.

After a bit of walking they finally ended up in the town.The bustle of the marketplace was actually somewhat pleasant,as in not too loud.Since it was somewhat early in the morning a lot of people were shopping in order to finish their daily to-do list and be able to have the rest of the day to themselves. A few people stood out but the one who stood out the most was Philip,with his unique armor,and she approached him. "Good morning,Sir Philip." she courtsied. "May I ask what you're doing here? Aren't you supposed to be training under the general's supervision?"

"Let's!" she exclaimed as she started walking towards the exit of the castle,making sure her sister was also following. She raised her eyebrows upon passing by Elliot's workplace in a way to wish him good luck with his paperwork. The moment she stepped out, fresh air blew right into her face, causing her fine hair to ride the wind. Her tiara had just the perfect volume so as to not get affected by the breeze. She closed her eyes and inhaled a bit of the fresh air,before opening them again. Even though there were a couple of people walking,chatting or even working nearby,she felt completely invigorated. Of course she greeted and curtsied every person who greeted her as well. She truly loved the kingdom and its people. "The town shouldn't really be that far." she turned to Esmeralda. "Elliot was right about the fair weather." she thought to herself.

Joy nodded as she waved Elliot goodbye. She admired how not only did he take care of Noah and saved him from many ordeals several times,even before she and Esmeralda were born,but how much of a punctual,practical and useful person he was,both in the castle and out. At times she wished she could get to have more free time with him. She still kept the promise he gave her,about afternoon tea that is. She turned to Esmeralda. "Shall we,dear sister?" she asked whilst adjusting her tiara. "Come on,let's get some fresh air!"

Joy saw Elliot return to his office and took the chance as he passed by the room they had tea at. "Excuse my bad timing,Elliot,but what did our troublemaker brother pull off this time? I promise I won't keep you from your paperwork,a brief answer would suffice. I should also inform you that me and Esmeralda were just about to head out for a walk." she added,looking back at Esmeralda. An audible gasp could be heard escape Joy's mouth as she witnessed Noah dash from the corner of her eye. She took her final sip,took a long breath,stood up and signaled Esmeralda to go check on Noah together. "Please excuse my dear brother,Cooper." she said as she noticed he was clearly distressed. She hesitantly handed over hier tea and the small plate she placed it on and curtsied her way back to Esmeralda.
