Welcome back to the PH times~ :D  03/12/23 || Issue #210 || Editors: Absbor & BoomBoy “I won't fall! I'm not joking!” ~ Nidoking from PSMD In this year's advent calendar event, you can pick between five different calendars. Everyday you can login and get a different task. Once you have completed that task, you will be rewarded with a gift. This gift is different every day. It can be an evolutionary stone, an egg or something else. Someone who completes 20 days will be rewarded with the option between two new event legendaries! (Maybe something to do with Miraidon and Koraidon?) But if you complete all of them, you receive both. The advent calendars were made last month by other users of the site in a competition, in which these five art pieces were chosen: I will quickly describe them all. You can also check them out using the link above. The first one is a lovely one, which BluRay has made of a shiny Goodra giving a present to a Hisuian Goodra. The second one is in a future theme, with an Iron Thorns being a Christmas tree, made by the user Castalia. The third one, made by CraysonShark is a picture of a bunch of pokemon surprising Koraidon with a Christmas present. The fourth one has many pokemon, celebrating and decorating on an open field. This was made by the user Kyatra. And last but not least we have the fifth one, which was made by Lorry14. This is one with an Amaura and an Aurorus receiving a Christmas present. The task on day one was to make 2000 interactions. Reward was On day 2 was the task to spend 2000 pokedollars in the item market. The reward was Challenge 1: make 1500 interactions Challenge 2: solve 10 hangman Reward: Swimming out, Surfman Professor Oak cheating scandal For my first article, while searching for something to write about, I went up to professor Rowan to ask him if he wanted to help me. He is a famous man around here and knows everyone on Pokeheroes. I'm currently helping him in a competition with Professor Oak to see who can train the best Yamper. This is a competition about who is the better professor: there is A LOT on the line here. While I was making sure our Yamper was the best of the two, Rowan told me Professor Oak was feeding his Yamper rare candies! This changes the competition from being skill-based, to being who can spend the most money. Rowan and me both decided it would be best if we trained him the normal way. It is to be seen which Yamper is going to be better: a Yamper which is trained manually, or one with rare candies. Swimming out, Surfman.  Request any 'mon from the Shadow Radar Services, any day, all day, at a low low price you couldn't beat anywhere else on Pokéheroes! Or if shinies are more your gig, you can use their Shiny Radar Services to purchase whatever shiny Pokémon your heart desires at affordable rates and reliable speed! There's also a huge backlog of items and Pokémon you can order from, so there's bound to be a product just for you! Title: Advent Calendar Entry There are 2 clear Pokesonas (mine and crystalborf). One of my friend's favourite pokémon combined with his profile picture. And 3 more normal pokémon, who are portraying 2 different friends of mine, each their favourite pokémon (+1 extra). This reads as only retros have the prices and everything else belongs to the retros. Like the retro is the topic and the other stuff are the subtopics. It's a messy and difficult read and retro is a second time there. "RETRO: [...] Retros!!" I also overlooked the fact you have a form we customers have to use. It's nice to see emoticons, but I think it'd do your shop well if you could bold, askew or underline few things. I think the other customers have overlooked the form as well, so far I can see how no one else attempted to try to use the form. I apologies for nagging so much. I still think, the shop needs a bit of stylizing and easier introduction. You can use the code guide as much as you want, as long as you stay within the rules. [Read more] |
