But how would you feel if someone just took you, without permission, and slapped a special little rock on you and forced you to grow super powerful! Even if we could, Phelpy wouldn't Mega Evolve. We both feel that it's too cheap of a tactic, and the more people we defeat without it the stronger we'll grow." Kyushu breathed, finishing what he wanted to say.
