Angelica talked to her group of friends. They were currently chatting about what they were going to do when class was over. "Why don't we just go to the movies or something!" She suggested. Angelica looked down. "I-I always thought you were just joking. It's happened to me before. Somebody actually makes me feel good... Then they just shut me down. I get so paranoid now." Her eyes welled up with tears. "I can never tell if somebody actually loves me. It's basically made me into the person I am today." She started crying. "I'm a cold hearted terrible person... I have trust issues and I snap at anyone that even looks at me the wrong way." She choked out a sob.

Anthony turned around and looked at the girl. "My sister is probably having another breakdown." He sighed. "She probably feels weird about the boy that ran out after her." He shrugged.

Angelica's ears flattened against her head and she hesitantly took it. "Uh...Sure?" She scuffed her front hoof on the ground. She turned to Melanie. "Honestly, I have no idea what to do with this."

Melanie laughed at her half deer friend. "Are you serious? You don't know how these work? Angelica I lived with you for a large part of my life. And you never told me you haven't seen Fireworks!"

Angelica stood up. "I... Um. I-I need to use the bathroom." She started walking out the door. "I'll be back." She walked out and closed the door behind her. Smoke fumed from her mask as she walked down the halls. She put her hands to the side of her head. "I shouldn't be thinking about him so much." She groaned and leaned against a locker. "He was just joking with you, Angel. Stop taking this so seriously!" She punched the locker, causing a large dent in the metal frame. "Damn it!" She winced and held her hand.
