For meditating, for me what works best is to put on some bells/gongs/chimes sounds. I usually sit outside in a quiet place. And just take in some deep breath not thinking about anything. I feel the problem is that usually people try to think about things, but I just find the best is to let go and not expect anything out of it. Does this help? Scribbles popped out of an egg at chain #107, making me wait quite a while, I was starting to think that he didn't want to hatch but he finally did which I was rather glad about aha. I rather adore Greedent and when I was first free to, took the opportunity to hunt it. Q: How sweet! Was it hard to train it to such a high level? A: Mm, not really. For the most part I was just clicking the Pokemon on the index page. I often ask for interaction exchanges too which probably help him, but not as a means to boost scribbles, it is something I tend to do daily anyway ^^ So I guess he just sort of reached his current level from general activity (plus I'm pretty active and probably appear on the online click list a lot). Q: Is there any advice you would like to give to people attempting to get high level Pokemon? A: My main advice would be to use the Index Page, it has a great power! Not only does it get your Pokemon noticed and a berry fed to it but you do get extra experience whilst it is sat there! I do also recommend some sort of interacting, you can do what I do and ask for interaction exchanges which with guarantee some clicks on your Pokemon or you can use the online or newest adoptions click lists! I know that not every one will return your interactions this way but you will get some and it's every little helps! But my most important advice is: Don't give up. The rally is a contest and the competition can be fierce but you will get there! Even if you don't manage to win during one rally, there's always next time and I think it's important for users not to feel discouraged when going for a medal ^^ Q: Thank you for the words of wisdom! For my second to last question, is there anyone you would like to thank, for helping you get here or for advising you? A: Well, I don't think I'd have gotten very far without the support of my wonderful friends, thank you every one for keeping me going! Of course I have to give thanks to the active community, who I am very grateful to for taking their time to feed Pokemon and click eggs and I don't just mean my eggs and Pokemon but all eggs and Pokemon on site - Thank you, you guys are amazing! uwu Q: For my final question, is this your first time winning a medal? If not, how many have you won? A: Nope, it'll be my 37th medal (which doesn't include any coin clip medals, I've never tried that)! I'm a frequent lab hunter and I'll often appear on the egg rally because of it. This current medal for Scribbles will be my 4th "Strongest" Pokemon medal since joining the site, one of my previous medals for strongest Pokemon was intentional, the rest were just sort of happened. My first strongest Pokemon was won with a Togekiss, which I still have, I unfortunately do not remember my other two. I only have two most berries fed medals, one of which I aimed for and the other I got during the first berry battle (I think) since I actively took part in that nwn/  Want to look into your future?
