Ultimate move: By being touched physically, a victim will be cursed to die within the next 24 hours. The person will weaken more and more, finally dying from heart failure. Cannot be overridden, once it's done the move basically has forsaken the victim's soul. (If this is too OP let me know)

Personality: Likes to act on their own will. They don't enjoy being told what to do, unless it's completely aligned with their own wants. When you first meet them they are dry and indifferent, but if you get to know them they're actually quite loyal and protective of their friends.

Personality: He usually acts calm and sarcastic, but can be dark and menacing when on edge. He's annoyed easily, and is very aggressive when he is. Also, he tends to disagree with his partner Suicune since their personalities are like polar opposites, although they still work together well in battle.
Backstory: Much of his childhood is unknown. When he was around teenage he started going around and trying to obtain all of the seven swords of legend. Soon after he was captured and experimented on. He broke out thanks to a friend, and now he's back to that sword hunt.

Moveset: Hydro Pump, Ice Fang, Extrasensory, Hidden Power

Transformation words: Aquatic moonglade
Ultimate move: After "marking" a target with water, Suicune is able to fire an extremely compressed orb of water at them, like a water bullet but just larger. The attack will never miss, and if there's an obstacle it will just smash through it (again, extremely compressed.)

He likes to drink water a lot. As in every 5 minutes a lot. So there's a water bottle attached to his belt.

Some clarification about stuff:
The hair's black, and I'd prefer for it to be pretty flat. And also it's supposed to be long and very straight, and kinda draping over half her face.
If it's hard to tell there's a scar over the bridge of her nose.
The skin tone is pretty light. The cloak is kinda beige brown.
