	Aven stared in shock as the boy cut himself. "what the Fv(k.." she muttured to herself. She hadn't seen someone so confidently cut their hand as if it was the most normal thing in the world. "Well, we're in training right now, so you can hop in if you want. After this is Help Hours, for homework questions and whatnot, so I can give you the gust of it then. Aven, who happened to be passing by the group, noticed the boy. His tone was soft and comforting. It reminded her of a her nanny when she was young. She walked up to them. Normally, she would feel threatened by a stranger like this. But there was something about his manner that put her at ease. She gulped. Another go at social interaction, she thought to herself. "Hello."

Fiona walked up to the young man and shook his hand, with a warm smile on her face. "Hello, welcome to the academy! I'm Fiona Swan, otherwise known as Headmistress Swan. You must be Freyr." Her golden eyes sparkled.

Seeing as there was still a boulder station open, Aven walked over. She had formed a plan.

A bullet manifested in the air, aimed for the center of the boulder. She held her hand out in front of her, clenched in a fist. Slowly, she listed a finger. The bullet shot through the air. A large crack appeared in the center of the boulder. She cautiously approached. Just like another one of her victims, she punched it in the apex of the crack. A hole appeared. She sent a dagger through, catching a peice of confetti on its way out.

"The confetti is visible." she stated bluntly, and left.

Aven heard Four's warning, He only warned me she thought. are we... friends?
Following his advice, Aven sort of covered her ears.
A drop of blood dripped from her ear when she heard the screetch. She didn't mind. Wow. Okay. That's...kind of a weird power.

She glanced at Keori. "Kinda." Aven mumbled, "Just need to think of strategy for the other to in the meantime."
She glared at the red bulseye. The dagger dissapeared. No! Respawn. Dagger. The opaque dagger flickered in the air in front of her eyes.
Go.
Everything was silent to her. Nothing else felt real in the moment, as the dagger ran through the air. It swiftly blew through the red bullseye, and lodged iself into the wall behind it.

"In the meantime, I'll explain the training. Today is Target Training, mandatory for everyone. In the coming weeks, you will be split into offensive and defensive groups." She walked over to the archery targets. "This is a test of accuracy and control. You will stand behind the yellow line, where the girls are right now, and use your power or a weapon of choice to destroy the red circle on the target. Do not harm the outer white rim of the target. Your feet and lower body may not cross the yellow line." She stated, with a wink at Eris.

Fiona approached the balloons moving around. There were two red ones and a green one. "A test of pure acuraccy" She informed them, "Break ONLY the green balloon. Break the red ones and you'll lose points." She added, moving on to the giant boulders. "For this, simply break a boulder; a test of strength and tactic. You may break it in whatever method you like. the center is confetti. You pass when the confetti is visible."

She smiled. "Good luck! That's all for now. Get to warming up!"

Aven saw the cluster of girls and felt a bit awkward. She then noticed Four. At least she wasn't the only loner. Well...I'll have plenty of time to talk to him later, and I guess I should put myself out there more...so... she made her way over to the group that had formed, and avoiding eye contact by looking to the side, she murmurred "Hi..." in her hoarse voice. Then the headmistress started speaking. Training was starting. She was going to have to suffer through social interaction again later.

"Well, I think that's most of everyone now! Training will start in 20 minutes, feel free to use that time to socialise and warm up!" the Headmistress said.

hm. I'll have more time to suffer after all. Aven thought to herself.

And Four... she said in her mind. "idunno" she mumbled. Tobie's cheery demeanor was uncalled for. Why was she always so happy? How was she always so happy? She sighed. Jealousy wasn't going to get her anywhere. I'd kill for the ability to be happy like that-litterally. But no amount of assasin jobs would get her emotions back.

Aven decided to experiment. Before the opening ceremony, she zipped through the air on a conjured plank. Could she do it again? She jumped and thought, Training room. Of course, she was a little dissapointed when nothing happened. Okay then...um...plank.

She looked down as an opaque purple plank emmerged from the ground and lifted her up. She then realised she could controll the direction.

forward, Left, left, right, forward... and soon she was at the doorway to the training room. As she walked in, she felt a mild blast of warmth hit her. Now she was too hot. Even better, she looked up and saw, "is that a ball of fvck!ng plasma?????" sme muttered to herself. "what the fu(k????"

Suddenly the headmistress was holding the arrow and grabbing the bow from Tobie's hands. She chuckled to herself. "Easy there. Archery isn't today, and you must be outside to do it anyway. Just hang tight 'till the others get here, I'll explain everything then."

She then noticed Aven in the doorway. "Come on in!" she said warmly.

In an instant, Fiona appeared in the training room. She smiled as she saw Tobie and the mini-sun. "Getting an early start?" she asked warmly. "I hope you ate enough for lunch, because today's a test!" She hung up her white cloak on the wall. Suddenly the headmistress was in the middle of the room, targets set up and other equipment out of the way. There were standard archery targets, large balloons and a fan behind them (making them move), and several boulders. She was panting. "Okay!" she said out of breath. "We're ready." she walked over to her cloak and pulled a glass water bottle out, drinking from it. "Make the sun go away please, no powers till the test." She said, but not a hint of rudeness in her voice.

Aven put two and two together (haha funny). "Oh..." she stumbled for the words. "who's coming? Um...whoever they are...um...I'm sure we can...uh...protect you. We're pretty powerful, y'know." she said with an awkward grin, trying to comfort him. The lunch bell rang, and all she ate was an apple. "Well...we have to go. We gotta go to the Training Room. Power test." Aven said, trying to be gentle. "Let's go."
