Full support. Many times I have offered on a trade, just to be rejected. Of course, that's confusing. So if this was added, it could save users a ton of confusion. My only question is how the settings would work (how do you turn off someone specifying rejecting reason? They're the ones who actually send it over, right?) I agree with KitsuneNinetales and Zerenity, free chat isn't the best option. While, of course, the user could always report, it's just better to do a multiple choice poll (or something along the lines of that) and keep it like that.
