It is realistic to wish for a dragon gem. However Kapichu, please keep in mind that this wish may take longer to grant and in the event of a week passing I may ask you if there's anything else you'd like instead.

I don't want to deny anyone's wish, but the problem we run into is people asking for items that are harder to come by, resulting in a slowing down of wish granting. That's not to say you can't wish for things, it's just harder to get those items.
