Okami watched the waves hit the side of the boat, holding the few fish she caught. As much as she'd like to eat it raw, partly because she didn't want to ask where she could cook it at, she'd probably be put under supervision. Did the entities eat raw food? Every entity she had ever seen eating had been eating cooked food. She shrugged.

She carefully set aside most of the fish into a basket and bit into one, sighing in relief from the hunger pains.

Okami could feel her ears flattening against her head at the girl's tone. "Emo...? I'm not..." She sighed, giving up. I meant it literally...

Somehow the girl's sarcasm hurt worse than it normally did when people talked down on her. Okami squeezed her purple eyes shut, running her hands under her hood through her hair. She supposed she did look a little emo with her full black getup and big black eyeliner, but black made it easier to blend in.

She casted one last glance to the group with sad eyes before sitting down to resume her fishing.

Okami growled. "I can hear you, you know. Even if I don't want to. And for your information," She quickly jabed her spear and pulled up her fish, eyeing it carefully. "I have no allies. I am, and always have been, a lone wolf."

Liar, liar, liar. Her head screamed. But they didn't need to know that either.

"As long as no one has harsh intentions against me, I have no need to be hostile. I just..." She sighed. "Don't know how to be social."

Okami watched Alex from the shadows. Based on their facial expressions, they had come to the same conclusion she had - the people in charge were not what they seemed.

"We need to talk. It's important. But not here. Not now. Later."

Okami's ears pricked up at the sound, and she hastily folded them before they pushed the hood of her cloak off. A secret meeting already? Sheesh, you don't know anything. At least build some trust or study them for a while first. Her stomach grumbled. When was the last time she had eaten?

She pulled what looked to be a knife out of her cloak and pushed a button on it, turning it into a spear. Quietly she passed to the side of the boat and waited for any fish to come by.

Okami stared at the map in her hands for a moment. Didn't these people realize how dangerous this could be in the wrong hands? Her friend had figured out how to turn the entity's hides into cloaks, that had interesting abilities. Okami would know, she had one. And was their main supplier. They costed a fortune, but it had helped her in many close calls. It was almost as if they thought she was one of them....

Okami stepped out of the shadows and opened her eyes, taking a tentive step forward. Two groups, it seemed, were already being formed. Oh, how she hates alliances. She swept past Elehah and reached for the door handle, only to pause for a moment, listening for any signs of danger.

I don't hear anything... But that doesn't mean it's not there. That General... Something about him seems odd.

Okami shielded her eyes from the sun as she stalked up to the place, cross-checking the address for the fourth time that morning. She was late, very late, but they didn't need to know that, now did they? With her tail and ears tucked away under her clock, she crept in through the back door and stood in the dark back corner, closing her eyes so they did not reflect the light.

"Pardon me, I'm new to this part of the city, thus I'm not all familiar with the situation here."

A smile crept into her face, unbidden. The man's tone was a complete contrast to the statement, and it felt good to hear some sort of sarcasm for once. All she has heard for the last few days were the screams of the fallen.
