Claire attempted to breathe deeply, but ended up raggedly wheezing. She forced herself up and braced herself to the best of her abilities. She'd see the first life forms (that weren't disgusting human beings) she'd seen since she had barely hatched. She pushed the thought out of her head and, barely stumbling, forced herself into the clearing. She wasn't sure why she was surprised to see the growing fire or the unconscious Dratini or the Trapinch and Larvesta, but she blinked rapidly- though that may have been due to the smoke. "Hello?" she said uncertainty. She'd never really spoken to anybody much before, but she had a faint idea on what to say. " Est-il d'accord? Is he okay?"

A moment of indecision- and Claire stumbled towards the source of the smoke. She had gotten time to catch her breath, but now the smoke made it hard to breathe anyway. The Ralts leaned heavily again a tree to gather herself. The sounds of life from the clearing ahead startled her out of her daze. She hadn't met any Pokemon on her hike, which she wasn't sure was strange due to never being in the wilderness. Her first impression to whatever was in front of her was not going to be passing out or stumbling along.

Claire twitched slightly, trying to stay aware of her surroundings. She nearly drifted into sleep before the acrid stench of burning foliage reached her. "Feu?" she murmured, shakily getting up. "Very, very not good."

Claire was among the few Pokemon to not attempt escape when things turned sour. The scientists had assumed it was because she had given up, but she was just waiting for the right time. While the humans were attempting to clean up from the escapade, Claire Confusion'd the bars of her cage. The scientists, she thought, must not have been very intelligent to not Psychic-Proof her cage. A thin bead of sweat rolled down the side of her face as she Confusion'd scattered boxes to reach the window. With a final Confusion, Claire tumbled out of the window. The glass, despite its strength, was no match for a well-rested Ralts. Well, previously well-rested. Now, Claire felt as if she would collapse from over-exerting her Psychic abilities, but she knew she had to keep going if she wanted to avoid being recaptured. Brushing the shards of glass from her scratched arms, the tiny Psychic/Fairy stumbled away, ignoring the whirring alarms going off behind her. She wasn't sure how far she was able to trudge along before she collapsed on the ground, breathing heavily but safer than she had been in a long while.

~~Gonna put an other category~~ Other: Was taken away from original home directly after hatching. OT was Shiny Hunting and was disappointed with her lack of shininess, so they dumped her in an ally in Central Kalos, in an area with foreign-speaking people and picked up by scientists at level two. She hadn't leveled much in her decent time at the lab. She has a low-key French accent and occasionally will slip into the French she knows (mostly common terms, such as "hello", "goodbye", "Excuse me", etc) if that's okay. )

(Also, idk if TrickyFox ever got their Mega Ninetails to load, but if not
