Suddenly, Winnie's feet stopped as she heard someone....crying? She turned to see a blonde girl who looked to be a couple years younger than herself, sitting on the bench. Even though the brunette wasn't typically the sympathetic type, a part of her couldn't help but feel a little sorry for the girl, whoever she was. Winnie cautiously approached her.

Winnie waved goodbye to the librarian as she stepped outside, just in time to hear the sound of a car pulling in. She briefly glanced at the family that owned it: A couple and a girl, probably not too far from her own age. At first, the brunette was unsure whether to go over and introduce herself. She had been told she needed to be more social people her age, after all. However, when the girl yelled, Winnie flinched. She turned around, muttered "Too loud." And started walking back home.

After walking for what felt like hours (though in reality, it was probably only a half-hour) Grisell groaned. Her feet felt like they were on fire, her arm was sore from the weight of the basket of firewood, and to top it all off, it looked like the white shape was just as far away as when she started her mini-journey. It was like the forest just kept stretching! Grumbling, the brunette finally decided to give her feet a break, and plopped down on an old tree stump.
