Appearance:
A somewhat tall Elf,with ears relatively smaller than those of others of his species. He stands out with his fabulous short blonde hair that have a parting in the middle and the tips of his hair,that reach just under his bright blue eyes, turn upwards, facing away from his face. He's not muscular and is about average weight,leaning a bit more towards the slimmer side.

Personality:
As prideful and graceful as any Elf can be,Hokori has a short temper and a somewhat low tolerance for disrespect and ill manners. However,due to many previous generations' selfishness, he has learned to co-operate with other races and cast part of his pride aside, hoping to reap even greater rewards.

Backstory:
As an only child of a somewhat wealthy family ~~,meaning they are able to get by while also having some money to spare~~, Hokori was curious regarding magic from a young age. His father had a slight grasp of how magic worked but not enough to assist Hokori. But, seeing how much the kid was interested he decided to enroll him into Votus,for starters. He always had a peaceful and quiet life,always avoiding any sort of conflict that could possibly occur while keeping his social circle as miniscule as possible,devoting himself to his studies.

As you wake up in your place of residence, you casually go through the mail piled up at the doorstep. After discarding most of them, a crimson one piques your interest. Upon opening it, you feel something sharp scratching and scraping the finger you used to unfold the letter. Doesn't seem like a deep cut, but a cut nonetheless. The contents of the letter include an address,which leads to the observatory a few blocks away, and a date,which is surprisingly today.
"You've been chosen as the potential savior of this planet. Please arrive at the designated place and time, granted that you're still alive, for we have much to discuss..." is written.

The character's appearance can be either an image or a general description but because I assume that finding an image regarding the stand's appearance is a bit difficult,a relatively more specific description about it would be ideal. No overpowered stands and etc etc you should know this already. (Keep in mind your own stand's stats and whatnot)

An audible gasp escaped Alcott's mouth. If anything, he felt more guilty than ever not getting to know such a personality. Of course he knew nothing about her but she seemed like a very strong woman. After a short pause from Xel's question,Alcott chuckled a bit,then lifted his face up so their eyes meet again. "I guess you really are a kid after all...I doubt anyone sane enough would admit they commited the murder but no,I did not. I didn't mind Madame English's presence in general." he calmly responded. "Don't lose hope,you're definitely on the right track! You'll make Mister Westling proud." he said as he somewhat aggressively yet jokingly rubbed Xel's hair.
