Kana climbed through the opened window of the building, her feet gracefully waltzing across the decrepit wooden floors. She feared that if she wasn't careful, she might fall through. The building didn't seem too sturdy and was obviously abandoned which gave many questions to her precarious head. She always protected herself. Her guard would always be held high with her over zealous pride. She couldn't possibly approach the other mutant so simply though. Not with how nervous he was. She could almost feel the caution he took to her and felt almost offended by it.

"I don't plan to harm you. You would make a better ally than enemy." She was quite stoic as she spoke. She was a woman of simplicity and having overbearing emotions was too much for her to deal with. It was quicker and easier to hold a serious conversation than to treat him with pity for his unfortunately interesting mutation. He could easily be hunted by scientists on a regular basis and she knew it. Even she was quite intrigued by how he might live.

She was understanding of being treated different because of how she looked. Taking another overcautious step forward, she stopped smiling. She held a neutral expression to the other mutant. She could see that he believed smiles held hidden motives, something that she couldn't hold against the other mutant. She didn't want to make herself seem different than she really was.

"Then let's go!" Angel wanted to lead the other two out of the forest, knowing the many shortcuts. She would swivel around trees and bushes, prancing happily along the way. She would finally go to the Delphox guild.

(How 'bout the start of the next page of posts?)

Merle looked at her, stared at her trying to imprint it in his head. Cawing rather loudly at her he tried to find anyway to speak, but couldn't manage to express a single word.

Helvya escaped from the monster by getting into another tree. Thank god the creature wasn't aerial or it would've caught her. She could only maintain running for so long until her legs gave out.

Kana could feel eyes on her. She knew they were staring. She couldn't possibly pinpoint where, however. Most of those following her had stared. She wasn't exactly the picture of normality. She couldn't blend in with these humans. It wasn't possible for her. She was even a little jealous of the man standing next to her, glancing nervously from side to side. He was also a mutant, but he lived in fear. Fear of the humans recognizing he was different.

Kana clicked her tongue in disgust. She couldn't stand his desire to blend in with the sheep. She pushed him forward and jumped into the air, making him look like the victim. He fell to the floor bumping others on the the busy walkway. Her glare at the man was apparent. Her envy however, was not. She floated above their heads and caught eyes with another like her. It was obvious that he was also different than those sheep.

Gracefully floating over to the window of the decrepit old building, she smiled as kindly as possible. His mutations were so much more than hers would ever amount to. With her black seraphim wings behind her, Kana at least appealed to the humans who practiced witchcraft. She didn't want to pity him for it though. She was actually quite impressed that the humans didn't take him away for it. The government was very into taking away the mutants that seemed “too different.” They were too powerful and strong willed. They were only taken for fear of rebellion.
Kana was now the one staring at him, interested in the black eyes that stared back at her.

Artemisia gigled slightly. "I was just a little interested... " He was confused as to why Kage had made a swirling motion and instead thought that he could have just been spaced out. He looked disheartened at the remains of what used to be a rubik's cube. "It's not relevant anymore though." A sigh fell out of him like a puff of smoke. He started to shuffle his feet away from Kage, feeling that he didn't really want to Arte near him. Artemisia could always find a way to figure out the cube. He could simply google the puzzle.

Kana watched over the city from her vantage point on one of the tallest buildings around. The edges of her mouth sharpened to a curling smile as she spotted the funniest display she had seen in awhile. The creatures actually picking on the humans for once. They stood far below her in the midst of the busy city streets, in a small alleyway. She enjoyed the scene at hand. It wasn't that she hated the humans, she just hated how they treated mutants such as herself. She wasn't all that different from them. She was a sinner, she gave into human temptations, but they never looked past that. They saw her wings and decided she was creepy. They victimized her while she was down. They ostracized her as she grew strong. Now, she trusted no one. Not even her own monstrous kin. She didn't fear being alone after all this time. She didn't fear anything anymore. There was nothing that could possibly hurt her or get in her way. She was doing this for herself and wouldn't accept anything between h*ll and glory.
Walking slowly towards the tip of the edge, she nosedived off the building. Kana honestly enjoyed the thrill of the fall, the glances of concerned normals, for her and for their own safety. Her wings caught in the wind and guided her safely to the ground as the people below had watched. She completely ignored the fight she watched earlier and followed the nosy bystanders on her way through the city. Her ebony wings made it a lot easier to spot her in the middle of a crowd, but that wasn't just it. She simply carried a different presence than the people around her.

Artemisia glanced around and noticed Kage out of the corner of his eye. He swiped his dark ebony hair back with his hands and approached the creature. "Hey, what are you doing?" He stared at the rubik's cube and seemed fixated on it. He could never solve one those silly little cubes and was truly interested in it. He didn't know that Kage was a mutant and didn't seem to think anything of being a friendly kid to another normal kid. If he knew, his attitude would probably make a quick 180.

Angel was quite alarmed, bringing her paw over her mouth as she gasped. "Ummm..." She couldn't find any way to say Zella was lying except that she was joking. "Ohh, maybe we can go find the wise delphox?" She knew of a delphox who owned an explorers guild on the far side of the forest. She had seen the fliers about joining and heard stories of their heroic acts. She found herself too shy to ever go by herself though.

Kazimir smirked and gave a slight chuckle, "As you wish." He hid in the dark moving through the rustling shadows. He kept a far distance and planned to approach her from the back. He gave away his position, only to quickly spring towards Blackstar, claws outstretched. His claws were jagged looking compared to his flowy body form.

"I would join you if you'd have me." Kazimir hid out of sight. He wanted to scare her but knew he would be seen through easily by Blackstar.

After four years, Kazimir had grown quite detached from the rest of the dragons. His scales had changed from a light blue to a deep indigo. His wings were much larger, becoming about the size of his body. His face had grown more narrow and elongated. Overall, he looked more fearsome than in his youth. Now he wouldn't even need to hide to scare another dragon. His horns had swirled around his ears, hiding them from sight. He grew wisps on his back that looked like dark purple clouds. He was secluded as he trained. He was skilled in using the dark to his advantage. His eyes could perfectly see through it, and it made hunting easier in the dark.

Merle looked around and saw Onyx. He flew over and looked at her. He simply stared at her. He knew he would never recognize her tomorrow when he awoke, but it was worth a try. He had always wanted to meet someone outside of the dreamers world and have real friends. He had eaten all of those people he called 'friends' in the world of reality.

Helvya ran faster now that she had something chasing her. She knew she had to once again get away at least until the sun went up.

Helvya quickly stuck her hand over his mouth. "You... Coward." That was her departing word as she fell out of the tree. She saved herself from a hurtful fall and began her run away from the creatures that would come after her.

Merle caught his sights on Helvya and looked around for another monster. He called out to one of his followers, a chic gray monster nodded and followed after her.

(Ghost XD Pfffttttt)

Kazimir didn't want to sleep. Instead he would be murdering light Dragons until the sun arose. He always felt a stronger connection to them while they were sleeping. He liked to view their dreams and crush them. He felt better seeing their ambitions before they died. He took that away from them and enjoyed it...

"Hmmm..." Kazimir lands softly back on the ground with a light thump. "Not bad, dragonling..." He smirks slightly and then frowns. "Keep training little one. I'll see you two soon..." He escapes quickly on his wings, getting out of there before he causes them anyharm. He isn't cruel by intentions but in nature he feels the need the destroy and hope he sees. He quickly goes to the border of the dark dragon territory and searches for a light dragon to exterminate.
