Historically, calendar day 21 and 24 tasks ask you to hatch 3 or 4 eggs. If you're stuck on a slow hunt (events or legendaries), how can you prepare for this task?

[b]Where to get eggs?[/b]
- Store eggs in egg storage to hatch during the task
- Game Center eggs don't break your chain, including Concentration, Retro Starter Vouchers, Dratini, Mewton, Lugia to name a few.
- Save Game Chips: Mewton hatches much faster but is more expensive
- Rumble eggs from special areas (E.g. Burned Tower, Galar, Route 102) don't break your chain
- Advent Calendar eggs, if you still have them, don't break your chain

Hi. I have an Epic Tail Potion. I do not want an Epic Tail Potion.

I'm making a half-raffle half-giveaway. Everyone gets an equal chance (I will RNG).

To enter, make an offer for the potion (PM on PH or Discord). Value of offer does not matter, idc if its potions or materials.

The person who wins trades the items they offered and gets the potion (I will let Error know). Everyone else keeps their items.

In other words, I am giving you the chance to win the opportunity to purchase an Epic Tail Potion (gives Candle, Mouth or Wire tail) for whatever value you want.

It can be 1 common potion. It can be 1 uranium chunk. Go wild! Or not, if that suits you. I just want to trade this potion for something else, but I'm not picky on what that something is.

pricing notes

- it's good to keep a lookout on who is hunting what, especially legend and SM hunts since they influence the price of summon items and gems
- important rule: if A + B --> C, but C -//-> A + B, then C is worth less than A + B. Which is to say, if you can use A + B to get C, but you can't turn C into A + B, then C is worth less. A mega-ed Pokemon can often be worth less than a Mega Stone, a hatched pokemon is worth less than its summon item/voucher
--> Note: Does not apply to certain cases, such as shiny megas. Shiny Megas should be mega-evolved solely because they're easier to recognise on GTS/AH

Unsurprising, because I haven't seen a single SM Skarmory for sale in half a year. It's not a popular SM, and though there were a few who SM hunted it when Skarigami dropped, it was for personal collection (I don't believe any of them hatched an extra) and not for sale. Skarmory is a hard rarity SM and so it's not particularly cheap to hunt, especially since it needs Flying Gems. (Then again, because it isn't popular, it might be harder to get a buyer, but collectors might want it)

A SM usually goes up to Ditto prices if not more. SM Lucario is actually on the low end, because Fighting Gems are cheap, it's medium rarity (only 20 gems), to the point that there's hunt rents and SM Lucarios going up on AH (few months ago). In fact, I would say that 1.3k nuggets is on the low end for Ditto, which can go for up to 3-4 million PD. (Yes, AH Dittos sometimes go for less, but AH prices tend to be a bit lower since people can only offer PD and people don't always like bidding)

Side note, the only SM which would remotely go for 500 nuggets (~1 mil PD) would be SM Gyarados (stonks, but it's pretty inaccurate since not that many are sold).

I don't have a good estimate for SM Skarmory though, but maybe 2k nuggets?

Another side note: Stonks/Market Insider is a bit finicky with searching for megas. To find MAs you need to use 'mega-able', with the hyphen.

I'm going to clarify my opinion on this, with the caveat that I see that it's unpopular, it's how I personally interact with users, and that there is no need to add this to the suggestion/feature

I usually block on the basis of people violating my "Do not ask me to trade unsolicited" rule. I'm fine contacting people I block on my own terms (e.g. asking for help in a feed). I just dont want people doing things that will divert my attention (e.g. Palpad/PM unread indicator, notifications from feed comments) for no reason

Tl;dr I block people to be in control of when I interact with them.

I don't appreciate the insinuation that I'm trying to goad people, I'm referring to when I make feeds like
- Riako confirms that fountain boost doesnt affect retros
- Expected time to get a shiny Ho-Oh
- Asking what it means when a warning is expired
- Boosting a friend's post

Just because I find a user irritating etc doesn't mean I want to avoid being able to pass on helpful info. Or that my friend should miss out on a chance to receive help because I dislike someone.

Also, strictly speaking, a block is inherently a punishment because its a negative consequence as a result of breaking a rule (or boundary). It can still be used in bad faith/to irritate someone whether or not that user can see your feeds.

You can't block mods. You can click the button, but it doesn't actually add to blocklist (You can try it yourself, the button never changes to "Remove from blocklist")
