Still slightly out of breath and very happy with herself, she accepted his help graciously. "I'm fine, thank you." Holding a large smile across her flushed face, she held her head high and faced him. Part of her reddened face was from the running, but mostly it was from a guy falling on top of her. It was slightly painful to her, but physical pain hadn't really bothered her in a long time. She was used to physical pain from years of 'abuse.' "I'm just glad I got here in time." A sigh of relief washed out all of her anxieties and left her feeling refreshed. It was all worth it to feel this clarity. Looking closer into detail, she peered into his deep black eyes , taking in the fact that he was a mutant. She felt something must've happened to him before, for him to even think of jumping and started to feel a little sorry for him. She sort of ignored his question about her noticing him, simply because it would be difficult for her to reveal herself as something other than human, even to another mutant. Trust wasn't something she had the pleasure of experiencing. Instead, Shikku thought of her own question. "The real question is, are you alright? I know it's a little difficult to live but... This isn't the only option..." She took in more of his appearance as she questioned him. Her vision of him honestly didn't give her that much clarity and it was amazing what she could see with her own eyes. His light platinum hair was really attractive to her tastes and reminded her of a man she once knew. He was an inspiration to her to move forward and escape the chains that held her. She sniffed the air looking for the smell of a distant cigarette, but no smoke clung to this guy. She knew it wasn't him to begin with seeing as this man was a mutant and her memory never had black sclera eyes or pointed ears, but she had to try. It was a little disappointing to her, but she still found him attractive, even if it wasn't the man from her memories.

Panting, she ran up the stairs with such force that everything seemed to blur beside her. Starting at the ground floor, she had been climbing up the stairs faster than she had moved in quite a while just trying to get there in time. She had to get there, she had to stop it from happening. Not even being able to take the elevator, she kept running up the stairs, skipping several along the way. She knew that the elevator would take too much time to come back to the ground floor. Within the 3.26 minutes it would take for the elevator to come down, it could happen. She didn't have the time to waste on that. All she knew was that she had to save him. She couldn't let him jump. Although she never truly saw the leap, what else would someone be doing on the edge of a building? Thinking? It just wasn't rational for a person to be thinking on the edge of a building. She kept moving as fast as her legs could carry her up the stairs. Her movement grew sloppier as fatigue grew rampant. Motivation had taken over long ago, letting her freely move up. Her calves burned making it harder and harder to keep going. Reaching floor twenty, she was getting slightly slower, knowing the final floor to be close. This was honestly the most exercise she had in a while. In such a shirt time, it really tired her out. Finally spotting the door to outside, she rammed into it, not being able to stop in time. Her hands latched on an tightened around the door knob, swinging it open with full force. She spotted a figure in the distance and ran towards it underneath the cloudy, gray skies. Honestly, she looked a mess. Her hair was plastered to her face with sweat, successfully ruining the thick curls she had this morning. The heel on her boots was also broken, making it harder to walk. She grabbed the person's arm and pulled him away from the edge of the building. "Please don't do it!" Were the first words Shikku had said to him, and everything would unravel from there.

Human? or...: Mutant
Appearance: Shikku looks quite average from a distance. She has a normal shade of umber for a hair color. It is however, not her natural color. After having her hair dyed and cut into style’s she hated, she let her hair grow out a lot. Her skin is a nice light tan and her eyes are a swampy moss green. She mainly wears clothes that cover her skin. She's used to wearing more revealing clothes, but tends to avoid anything too... She likes to wear long dresses and leather jackets, although black pants are also a favorite. She wears make-up to hide her face more than to doll up.
Personality: Her personality completely varies upon who she's with. She's kind of oblivious from most events, but seeing what happens ahead of time really makes up for her lack of being involved. For her rather dark backstory, she's kind of innocent. Shikku is even kind of clumsy at times, knocking into tables and walking into doors. She's sort of a nice person although she usually remains as that one person who steps back from anything troublesome. She doesn't have the patience to deal with any annoyances and will get away from it. She lacks confidence in her self and combined with her pride, keeps her away from civilization. She's gone through quite a lot and is introverted because of it. She also puts herself down more than necessary.
History:(I had to cut out so much detail, that I almost cried...)
Shikku was always a quiet girl. She would never speak of her past, because her 'mother' taught her not to speak ill of others. Nothing was ever truly good about her life therefore she wouldn't speak of it in simple conversation. She was much too complex for that. There were no Prince Charmings ready to whisk off the beautiful women to the castle of their dreams. There were only filthy nightmares. She was a child of the slums. Only one person would dare take her in, and that would be the point of no return for Shikku. Shikku was only around four when the Madame Del Figlia would "save" her. The only reason Del Figlia dared to pick up another mouth to feed was free labor. Shikku was used for cleaning everything from the kitchen to the main hall to the various rooms surrounding. Things stayed that way until she turned 12 and Madame Del Figlia finally forced her head-first into the grotesque world she had been so desperately trying to stray away from. Her ray of hope came in a vision 3 years later and she grasped into it. She saw herself kill for the first time. On the eve of her twelfth year in Madame Del Figlia's hell, Shikku would kill the man she was assigned to. He would be stabbed in the throat by a broad knife. When the day came, she kissed Madame Del Figlia on the cheek before going into the room. Shikku looked straight into the man's eyes, burning this memory into her skull. The grotesque man grinned until it was too late for him, and Shikku left the room without hesitation. She said nothing to her 'sisters' and walked out of the establishment. She could do so much more. Shikku could do anything given her gifts. She refused to be a victim anymore.
Other: Honestly one of my favorite OCs... Shikku has a foresight ability and does see the future. She does not however, like to mess with it. She has changed events before and realized that each time something runs of track, it doesn't turn out well. She can usually see an event happen and then it can change drastically, making her a little inaccurate. The closer time gets to an event, the more clarity she sees it with.

Kana giggled at his remark with a smirk plastered on her face. "No, it's mostly my own fault. I'm not really the most welcoming looking person. I can understand the anxiety from seeing me fly up here. I almost look like an angel of death. You probably feared for your life at the sight of me." Knowing how dark and foreboding her own presence was, she took a slight step back and stood up straight. Her wings now folded behind her back and hid in alignment with her spine. An ebony feather could be seen on the ground underneath her boots from the hasty move over.

She was trying to be understanding to this mutant's embarrassment although it really made her want to laugh. She looked straight at him and held back her laughter very well. She kept an almost perfect composure now. Calm and unruffled, she examined the mutant better up close. She was certainly intrigued by the way his whole body was formed. He had a more or less human shape, but his skin was completely different than any normal human. She hadn't even seen another mutant with this kind of extreme mutation. She really wondered how he wasn't on a lab table.

Concerned with her surroundings, she peered around the room and took in more of the building. She didn't like being in places where she knew she couldn't escape and so, looked for any opportunity to identify more escape routes. This included a wall she figured would easily break given enough force. It appeared crumbly and many small pieces of wood and sheet rock laid was sprawled on the ground below it.

(Ritsu has tiny claws XD)

Ritsuka giggled happily, "Same for me. I just thought I was a normal fox at first though. I never thought I would have nine tails and be a kitsune." She could feel the mood getting better between the two.

Ritsuka giggled, knowing exactly what she meant. "I totally understand! I've had these stupid claws since my 'accident' and I just can't adjust to them ruining all my clothes. Mine aren't as long as your's but, they still scratch everything I merely touch. Their almost as bad as my tails." In unison with her words, her multiple tails rose from behind, flowing in the wind.

"I'm Ritsuka, but you can simply call me Ritsu. It's nice to meet you." She was an unusually cheerful child, so she didn't even notice Crystal's nervousness.

Dormier straightened out his clothing and walked down the road back to his home. He wanted to shower and get changed before heading to school and he did. He put on his scarf after getting dressed and went to school. He stood outside the building, remembering fear that he induced.

Helvya quickly changed and went to school. She found herself staring at the tree she inhabited last night. She felt there was something about this tree.

Angel giggled slightly. "Sylveon isn't too bad. My trainer had one. She was quite a strong sparing partner, but she was a little vain..."
(I'm indifferent towards sylveon. I mean I'm still annoyed they made it fairy type instead of light. Fairy is just... *sigh*)

Merle knew the sun was rising and gave himself back to the real world. His live as a nightmaren was favorable for him instead of his reality. Dormier 'awoke' to find himself still in the alley, wearing his clothes from the night before. His favorite scarf was still around his neck. His fluffy black hair was ruffled. He could see the fright in his last victim's eyes and it haunted him.

Helvya was glad to awaken in her bed. She was relieved that she could now be away from the monsters chasing her.

"It's quite fun, actually." Angel walked up behind Sage and smiled peacefully in her nostalgia. "Being on a pokemon team was probably the most fun I've had. I loved my trainer and my team." She took a berry off the bush and ate it

Ritsuka was nearby and heard the commotion at the pool of substance. She quickly sprinted over to see if anyone was hurt. She noticed the three girls and the two covered in the stuff. She deduced that they must've fallen in. "Are you all alright?" she inquired, drawing closer to the three.

Merle looked intrigued, spotting a girl hiding in the bushes. He cawed and scared the wits out her. He prepared himself to take a bite out of her flesh and springed forward. He saved some of her for the monster he knew would follow and for Onyx. He gestured to her with a wing.

Kana giggled slightly as she bent down to examine how Möhnä's leg was in the floor. With such a dilapidated building, the wooden floors easily could shatter and splinter around Möhnä's leg. It was even possible to get injured pulling his leg out rather than falling through. She also didn’t want to destroy the floorboards even more, just to get his leg out. She was simply going to make a hole next it, but figured the floor might crumble while doing it. Either way, she stood up and grabbed Möhnä's leg arm. Pulling him off, the ground, her gaze was fixed on his leg, rising out of the hole in the ground, as straight as possible.

"So are you feeling a little less scared now? I never meant to frighten you..." Kana was quite calm, if even a little falicity. She couldn't help but feel more at ease now, feeling the tensity in the air decline. She kept a straight composure now, not letting the laughter she felt break through.

Laughing ever so slightly, Kana closed the distance between the two mutants. She couldn't hold back the humorous feeling she had as the other mutant half fell through the floor. It was the kind of events she was used to laughing at. Her dark humor was something other people just didn't understand. After watching the world, she had to find the joy in everything unfortunate or else it would just upset her. Wouldn't you rather be dying of laughter than dying of misery?

"Excuse me for laughing, but would you like a hand?" Instead of her usual sarcasm, she had been sincere towards the him. It was partly her fault that his foot went through the floor and she would take responsibility for it. Kana tried to push the thought of her causing this as far to the back of her head as possible, not wanting to admit that she looked threatening. She hoped that he wasn't scared to death because of how swiftly she had walked over to help him. Her thoughts raced at the thought that she might be truly frightening the other man.

Getting treated as an outcast was something she was used to, but being treated as a threat to the well being of another mutant was something she wasn't used to. She tried to help them in her own way. Sometimes unorthodox, but she was trying at least. She respected the ideas of the mutants who blended in with humans even if she disagreed with it. It wasn't that she hated them, she just wasn't a particularly kind person. If anything she was abrasive and rough.

Helvya nearly died earlier today, but she did tire herself out quite easily. She fell asleep in the tree, feeling comfortable and safe. She didn't snore and didn't fall either, even though the branch she was on was rather thin. If she moved slightly, she would probably fall.

Merle followed the noise, cawing at Onyx to follow. He didn't know if she would obey, but he wasn't too menacing right now.

Merle landed on the ground beside Onyx, still staring straight at her. He stopped cawwing, knowing it would do nothing to help the situation. He heard a noise nearby and turned his head quickly, a force of habit from his love of hunting.

Helvya complained to herself about the boy she saved. She always regretted doing nice things for other people. It always seemed to land her in difficult situations. Her pessimism was practically never ending when it came to herself. She couldn't feel good doing anything for someone else. Not when she risks herself.
