Strengths: She is fast and powerful.
Weaknesses: (At least 3) Is very shy, doesn't like working with others and is smaller than most jolteon.
Backstory: (At least 2-3 sentences) She used to be owned by an evil trainer but managed to escape. When she appeared in the middle of the umbreon army, they recruited her to the army, not knowing she was a peace maker.
