hinayanachan Definitely the past but specifically something from Japan during the Meiji era. This was when Western culture was brought to Japan so a lot of fashion during this period of time was a mixture of Eastern and Western trends. Of course it was more common with the wealthy as lower class citizens still wore kimonos but I think fashion was a little more unique in this time period.

PlumeLagoon I really enjoy tongue twisters! Two of my favorites are, "Unique New York", repeated as many times as possible, and on the longer side, "A big black bug bit a big black bear and the big black bear bled blood". hinayanachan I don't know if this counts cus I'm weird about music. I listen to a little of everything but my mom is one of the biggest fans of Queen I have ever known and the one song she got me to genuinely enjoy along with her is: bohemian rhapsody (dont get me wrong, they got a lot of great songs. hinayanachan admittedly I'm not a huge fan of superhero movies. I do enjoy watching stuff from the MCU and some superhero anime but I can't say I have a favorite.
I can however say my husband really enjoys My Hero Academia and One Punch Man. If I had to guess who his favorite would be, I think it'd be Froppy from MHA

I would recommend 'The Wandering Cat Chronicles'. The sentence construction and English are simple, but honestly it is to be expected it is from the POV of a cat. I read it a few months ago, and it was a really good book, especially the end. Literally everyone I know who read it (including me) cried after reading this :')
