Hi, there! I've noticed that my Pokemon keep disappearing on their own and I realized it through my dex entries which keep on decreasing even when I was evolving and buying missing Pokemon.

Only recently (I checked yesterday date:26-04-2024), I had a Girafarig in my -Dex- Box but today (date: 27-04-2024) it disappeared from my -Dex- box as you can see in this screenshot. I don't know what's happening. The same thing happened before and I was missing the same Girafarig Pokemon, when I remember having one in my storage boxes but I did not report it since I thought I might have released it mistakingly.

I even checked the Pokemon recovery tool to make sure that I did not release it by mistake again but it does not seem to be the case as you can see from this screenshot and I never use my pokemon from -Dex- box for trades so I know that I did not trade it (I did not even make any pokemon trades yesterday or even the day before).

Please resolve this issue for me and let me know if you need anything else from my side. Thanks.

Girafarig evolves into Farigiraf at level 32.

There’s a Farigiraf in your -Dex- box, so it’s likely the Girafarig that evolved.

And about dex entries decreasing when you evolve Pokemon: On PokeHeroes, you only have dex entries of Pokemon that you actually own at the moment. So if you have 1 Girafarig, you have its dex entry. But as soon as it evolves, you lose the dex entry and gain the entry for Farigiraf.

OH! So this is what's been happening. I didn't even know Girafarig could evolve since I have not seen it evolve in most of the games. Thank you very much for the info.

@Shiro-kun : You can also check out News Announcement #298 that was posted on 11/Aug/23 07:30 for more info about other Paldean-related evolutions. (i.e. Primeape, Bisharp, etc.)
