While I was retrieving and resending my rumble team I got a message saying i got a puzzle piece. However, the GIF of the pieces, there were 2 pieces instead of one. I'm unsure if its a spelling error (single piece), or a glitch.

Did you check the puzzle-page to see if you actually received the two pieces? That would reveal if it's spelling or glitch.
