How do I get myself into loans?

1. Loaning Pokemon:
- Finishing a Pokedex
- Breeding
*Please note that I'll trade that person a valuable pokemon to ensure a trade back, and I'll only trade with friends

2. PokeDollars:
- Needing to buy items
- Breeding
*Hopefully I'll get your pokedollars back to you within a couple of weeks or month. I'm only stopping at 150,00o pd, because i'm still pretty low level and still trying to catch up.
