You can boil for Mega Stones in the Gem Cauldron (at the Gem Collector’s). It requires 5 of each gem to do so and you’ll have to add each gem in the allotted time. I can’t remember if there was a level requirement...? But yeah. You could find someone willing to sell/trade theirs as well. :)
