poke balls are broken

I saw an aipom at the tree I wanted to scare it away but I accidetially clicked the ultra ball the first part of the animation played but then the image disappeared when I refreshed the aipom was still there and there was no ultra ball deducted from my bag so the poke balls are broken

trying to get it on ranklist so plz interact with it
