Apperance:
History: He was an experiment gone wrong, hence why he looks different than most Goodra's. He was taken in as a Goomy and evolved into a Goodra using a special evolution device that the lab men were using as a test. This caused Teeter to appear different and to be very young as a fully evolved Pokemon. He acts as if he is a child (Which he technically is) and is much smaller than most Goodra's.
Other: He is very clumsy and childish. He loves others and gets himself into trouble.
